GB6 days after order and no ship info or… 6 days after order and no ship info or contact? I ordered a 65"OLED on 09/20/2022 and as of early 02/26/2022 I have not received shipping confirmation or any response from GL. My 4 emails to Victor and multiple calls to Manny have gone unanswered. The posted GL reviews convinced me to try them for their discounted pricing but it appears the reviews may be misleading. A week without TV, especially in football season, is downright torturous. SHIP MY TV GL! On the 09/27/2022, I was contacted by Manny who told me they were on vacation and that the TV I ordered was damaged and they didn't have another. Manny's replacement proposals were off the chart in price. I cancelled the order of the 29th and went to Best Buy. ALERT - I would stay clear of this company. The credit card number I gave them for the TV was fraudulently used to purchase other expensive electronic items that night. Coincidence?

GBVery poor communication Very poor communication, I bought a TV on the 31st of march. They called me and said it was out of stock so they offered me a newer version with a discount for $400 more, and I accepted, original ETA was 7-10 days. After the date no communication from them I sent an email without a response. Called them twice and after almost two weeks they said it’s gonna take 3 weeks for the shipment to arrive. I asked them to cancel the order but it was already cancelled so im sure they never even planned to ship it in the first place. Do yourself a favor and buy from a big retailer and save some time and energy.

GBbad customer service I definitely would not buy anything this from this place again. If you ever have an issue with an order and with your product you don't want to have to deal with them. They are rude, incompetent, don't have basic knowledge of how your suppose to treat a customer. After a multiple issues with my tv order was then promised white glove delivery. All they did was knock on the door and bring the package in, they were suppose to unwrap the tv and take out of box. When I first ordered the tv it said it would take less than 2 weeks and then keep on having to follow up with the company I find out that they don't have anymore in stock and have to wait another month. Don't promise something if you don't have it. Then they tried to upsell me to buy another tv that was more expensive. Seems shady to me

GBOh my gosh!! Oh my gosh!!! Absolutely great!!! Doing business online with a new company is uncertain, but these folks... absolutely stellar! Got the first Sony a80j and it had been dropped on the corner. Contacted them, they got a rush replacement in right away. You guys are absolutely awesome!! Thanks!!!

GBSony Bravia 85" I am in LOVE with my new TV. The Sony Bravia 85" exceeded all of my expectations. The service and communication from Victor @ Game Liquidators was superb! The white glove treatment was huge plus and gave me peace of mind by confirming my TV was in working order before the delivery team left the premises.
