I've bought 3 TV's from… I've bought 3 TV's from Gameliquidations. Each experience has been phenomenal and I will continue to buy my TV's and other electronics from them. All TV's were high end OLED's, brand new and in excellent packaging. The customer services is a JOY to work with and super responsive. I had a few questions, I called and boom my question was answered. It was truly a VIP experience speaking to Victor over the phone. I also received a follow up after each of my purchases. I can't say enough good things about this company. If you are looking for great prices and excellent-excellent service....look no further!

Good price, NO service Did I get a good price on an LG 65" OLED TV? YES. But when it died after 2 years and I tried to get service this company gave me the runaround for 3 months. Wouldn't respond to emails. Contact them again and another excuse. This repair was supposed to be warranted per original invoice with a $500 deductible LG USA OLED65C1PUB + FED EX + 5 YEAR SERVICE FOR LG OLED × 1 Much lower than a new panel which is about $1500. They are NOT LG resellers. SO... They finally put me in contact with a supposed service center in NC, named Advisory TV. At first they seemed like they were going to handle the issue, just like Game Liquidators were. I was promised a new panel, then a new TV with the $500 charge. After another 3 months, they quit responding to email and calls. Now 6 months later I am stuck buying a new TV. Not from these scammers, of course. Buyer beware!

Great product, Excellent service I got a top of the line Samsung TV from GL. Price was unbeatable. White glove delivery from east coast to west coast took a little longer than regular ground. I would still recommend it: TV was brought to my house, unpacked, and functionality was verified. Customer service is very responsive. What is very important - you can call and talk to live person. My every inquiry was followed up. I would definitely recommend Game Liquidators to bargain hunters.

bad customer service I definitely would not buy anything this from this place again. If you ever have an issue with an order and with your product you don't want to have to deal with them. They are rude, incompetent, don't have basic knowledge of how your suppose to treat a customer. After a multiple issues with my tv order was then promised white glove delivery. All they did was knock on the door and bring the package in, they were suppose to unwrap the tv and take out of box. When I first ordered the tv it said it would take less than 2 weeks and then keep on having to follow up with the company I find out that they don't have anymore in stock and have to wait another month. Don't promise something if you don't have it. Then they tried to upsell me to buy another tv that was more expensive. Seems shady to me

IT’S A SCAM It’s a scam. I read that in a review and focused only on the positive reviews and took the gamble. I ordered a $1000 tv one month ago. The charge went through and I never even received a confirmation. Their phone numbers don’t work, no one answers their emails. The entire thing seems like a scam. The voicemail just says email Victor. I’ve asked for a refund with no response.
