GBMy new battery died 10 minutes after… My new battery died 10 minutes after being unplugged despite it being "fully charged". I sent a troubleshooting email and received a fast response with step by step instructions. It turns out the error was mine during the installation process. I had not discharged the laptop properly. I followed the instructions, turn the laptop on and the battery was charging. I still need to finish the charging and discharging process 3-5 times before the battery will reach full capacity.

GBConfusion and delay over wrong model So far this has been a negative experience for me. I ordered a battery, they shipped the wrong model. I let them know, they insisted I had ordered the wrong model based on my laptop. I sent them photos of the battery in my laptop, which exactly matches the model I ordered. They are still confused about which model I should have. I'm not.

GBI’m so happy with my purchase great price and fast delivery I’m so happy with my purchase. My laptop is 10 years old and still runs like new. I was able to replace the battery for $70. One item to note is that the screws were the wrong size, too narrow to support the battery in place.
