I could not believe how much safer I… I could not believe how much safer I feel having Yellow Jacket and the training of how to use it properly. Our daughters are 16 and 23 and they are both getting one this week. Also I was really impressed with the customer service after the sale. I had some questions and was wonderfully surprised at the level of attentiveness by your employee. She was knowledgeable beyond expectations and patient as well. Everything was good until the power… Everything was good until the power bank stopped charging I don’t know if it’s the cord. That came with it is there anyway I could have y’all take a look at it.... I should clarify in the model for the iPhone 6 the charging port stopped working it hasn’t even been a month I still have the receipt in my emails if when it arrived I’m okay with the phone case being bulky due to the stun gun attachment please fix this situation

A whole lot better now ^^ Okay,i had a talk with one of the people at Yellow Jacket and they helped me with a new case and its gonna be really good,i just forgot to edit my review here. The newer versions including the I Phone X version im getting wont have Problems with Discharging and will be more powerful so im happy about that. Im all about feeling safe so this is a big one for me,thank you Joseph!!

Yellow Jacket Stun Case- Doesn't Charge iPhone... Two Separate Devices! The idea of the Yellow Jacket Stun Case is great... to bad when I try to 'charge' the iPhone inside the Yellow Jacket from the built-in battery the Screen Warning says "This Accessory is Not Supported". The Yellow Jacket Stun Case & the iPhone are TWO Separate Devices- that do not work together. THE OLD Yellow Jack Stun Case I have my iPhone 4 still works great, but the Data Plan on my iPhone 4 is no longer supported- so now I use the iPhone 4 to Run/Jog with.

This rating is for the absolutely outstanding job of stringing me along over the past number of years relative to a case for my iPhone 6 Plus which never materialized. I have as of recently upgraded to an iPhone 11, wonder if you have a case for it and how much it would set me back?
