GBI haven’t purchased a case as though I… I haven’t purchased a case all though I have been faithfully checking back for months for one to fit my iPhone 7+... I am in hopes of sometime in the future seeing your innovative products offered for a broader range of phone brands and models...

GBWould never refer anyone to this company This company has horrible communication. After accepting my payment for the product they claimed to have in stock, they never delivered it or communicated with me. It took months to get ahold of someone and they refused to return my payment even though they did not have a date for when they would be able to send the product to me. I eventually had to contact the BBB for a refund.

GRPurchase / Communication with the support team. I've been a Yellow Jacket costumer for 2 years now , I've got no complaints about the case its both powerful and reliable. Although i had to contract the support team twice , the first time the case wouldn't dry fire Hannah was very understanding and arranged a replacement for me for free. The second time the case wouldn't charge and the representative i got though this time Thom was again very kind and professional in resolving my issue. I've seen many people complain on the reviews about retrieving newsletter , requests to review ect. Im pretty sure that if you don't want to retrieve newsletter you can always unsubscribe or not register in the first place. Conclusion. Im both very happy with the case and with the company itself.
