Everything was good until the power… Everything was good until the power bank stopped charging I don’t know if it’s the cord. That came with it is there anyway I could have y’all take a look at it.... I should clarify in the model for the iPhone 6 the charging port stopped working it hasn’t even been a month I still have the receipt in my emails if when it arrived I’m okay with the phone case being bulky due to the stun gun attachment please fix this situation

I have carried this device on my iPhone… I have carried this device on my iPhone 8 and it still works great after 8 months, occasional testing, and accidentally dropping twice while climbing in/out of my ambulance unit. No bad reviews or complaints here. Mike.

Better then expected Light weight, loud and scary exactly what it should be, makes everyone I demonstrate it to jump. One little feature not realy expressed much is the prongs are completely sealed away when not in use by rubbery plastic flaps so it’s definitely sealed from the elements.

Would never refer anyone to this company This company has horrible communication. After accepting my payment for the product they claimed to have in stock, they never delivered it or communicated with me. It took months to get ahold of someone and they refused to return my payment even though they did not have a date for when they would be able to send the product to me. I eventually had to contact the BBB for a refund.
