So I have to ask So I gave it one star because I can't write anything without doing that. So I have to ask. I have read all the reviews that talks about customer service being horrible. That being said..I ordered this program like 5 yrs ago and it sat on a shelf. I have been working out with a trainer and have hit a plateau. After much research over the years, the information provided in the book makes sense. So my question is has anyone actually done this and does it work? One reviewer Alex said that it did, but I would like to hear from more people.

Don’t sign up - scam As previous lady mentions, it’s a complete scam and don’t sign up. I’ve sent at least 5 emails to get subscription stopped as despite signing up for a month it’s automatically taking money month by month! They’re about to take the 3rd payment on the 12th and now having to resort to going to bank to stop the payment. I shall be reporting them as this is unacceptable.
