Help from VIPOUTLET User Experience Specialist Ariel I had 4 unsuccessful attempts to navigate through Walmart.ca websites to get a return label mailed for a purchase I made at Walmart.ca marketplace. Walmart.ca support was absolutely no Help and repeated instructions to me which turned out, had no links to their website. There was one person who recognized my problem, Ariel a VIPOUTLET User Experience Specialist. She came through and saw my problem and today I successfully mailed my item back to the seller. PURELY SCAMMERS! PURELY SCAMMERS! Even if your product is completely faulty, don’t expect a refund. Customer service is extremely disrespectful. Curious how they’re still in business. Please do not purchase anything from this company or believe anything they say at all. Purely lies. Easily going to win in court.

Ordered Nintendo switch with Mario… Ordered Nintendo switch with Mario kart. Didn't open right away due to being a gift. When opened there was no Mario kart download. After two days it quit working. Say we can't return due to being outside return window. The switch now states it's corrupted. I was told by VIPOUTLET I would receive a refund then after daily messaging for a return label was told it wasn't returnable. If there was a zero star option, this company would get it. Follow-up with said company. After I left this review the company reached out, which gave me hope. I forwarded all the information to them to the email address they gave me, only to find out that the email address provided was an undeliverable mailbox. Please don’t buy anything from this company. They sure have been horrible to work with or at least try.

I received a prompt reply, along with a shipping update. My order was delivered promptly, was packaged well, and I was very pleased with my overall experience. I will definitely order again.
