DON'T BUY REFURBISHED LAPTOPS HERE! Bought a refurbished laptop without any network drivers installed. And pretty much an obsolete computer. Because without those drivers there is no internet or bluetooth access. Thanks to the genius who shipped it without inspecting the product first. Tried to fix it. Computer guy tried to fix. VIPOUTLET SOLD ME A LEMON OF A COMPUTER! DONT BUY REFURBISHED ELECTRONICS FROM THESE GUY'S!

Ordered Nintendo switch with Mario… Ordered Nintendo switch with Mario kart. Didn't open right away due to being a gift. When opened there was no Mario kart download. After two days it quit working. Say we can't return due to being outside return window. The switch now states it's corrupted. I was told by VIPOUTLET I would receive a refund then after daily messaging for a return label was told it wasn't returnable. If there was a zero star option, this company would get it. Follow-up with said company. After I left this review the company reached out, which gave me hope. I forwarded all the information to them to the email address they gave me, only to find out that the email address provided was an undeliverable mailbox. Please don’t buy anything from this company. They sure have been horrible to work with or at least try.

However, VIP Outlet is, as far as I can tell, US based. I ordered two Gorilla Carts GOR6PS at an amazing price. They were promptly shipped via FedEx and although the boxes were pretty beat up when they arrived, the contents were complete and undamaged.
