Help from VIPOUTLET User Experience Specialist Ariel I had 4 unsuccessful attempts to navigate through Walmart.ca websites to get a return label mailed for a purchase I made at Walmart.ca marketplace. Walmart.ca support was absolutely no Help and repeated instructions to me which turned out, had no links to their website. There was one person who recognized my problem, Ariel a VIPOUTLET User Experience Specialist. She came through and saw my problem and today I successfully mailed my item back to the seller. Well done, Ariel

Vip outlet is the #1 place to shop! I highly recommend purchasing from vip outlet! I was at first skeptical of making an online purchase because the prices were so low vs a retail brick and mortar store but I took a chance and placed my order. I'm glad I did, I am so impressed with their prices, service and packaging and the quality of their products and a great selection too! I will definitely be purchasing more things from them in the near future. They are my go to place for sure!!

Accurate Description of Complete Item I had been casually researching drones for almost a year. When VIP outlet offered an excellent price on an entry level piece of equipment, I was skeptical. Often, such "bargains" required further purchases of necessary "options," such as controllers or camera parts, in order to be functional. I am happy to report that the item I bought is complete and basically ready to set up and fly. Thanks for reaffirming my faith in fair and honest business transactions.

Great price, fast shipping Like other shoppers, I was a bit skeptical because there are so many websites now touting ultra low prices that are China scams. However, VIP Outlet is, as far as I can tell, US based. I ordered two Gorilla Carts GOR6PS at an amazing price. They were promptly shipped via FedEx and although the boxes were pretty beat up when they arrived, the contents were complete and undamaged. I was so impressed I ordered two more only to discover that the price had dropped even more! Like the first order, the items arrived timely and undamaged. Thank you VIP Outlet!
