I was hesistant to order, but.... I was hesistant to order based on reports on Reddit that the high demand item (HP Victus 15L, 5600G) I was interestested was being order then canceled abruptly. To my surprise, I was able to order with no issues, and 12 days after the item was highly publicized on Reddit. Looks like they do keep up with stock after all! Great job VIP Outlet. Wish you still had stock so I could order another one.

Help from VIPOUTLET User Experience Specialist Ariel I had 4 unsuccessful attempts to navigate through Walmart.ca websites to get a return label mailed for a purchase I made at Walmart.ca marketplace. Walmart.ca support was absolutely no Help and repeated instructions to me which turned out, had no links to their website. There was one person who recognized my problem, Ariel a VIPOUTLET User Experience Specialist. She came through and saw my problem and today I successfully mailed my item back to the seller. No scam, all smiles I've used VIP Outlet twice. Bought a laptop through their Ebay store in January. Just bought a Chromebook through there actual website in November. Each transaction was smooth, no problems. Received both items in quick fashion. This last purchase was faster than my first! I ordered the Chromebook the night of 11/23, order shipped 11/24, received package on 11/25. Couldn't be happier with the service!

Walmart is a big company Walmart is a big company. Please please take VIPOUTLET out of your list. This company steal my money by advertising their item on Walmart.com then create a fake tracking number for shipping by FEDEX then never send your item to you. I contact Walmart customer 2 times by phone, I email to them 3 times about where is by order?. I gave them all my information. They never get a clear answers. Walmart should review all reviews from all customers complain about this company.
