Vip outlet is the #1 place to shop! I highly recommend purchasing from vip outlet! I was at first skeptical of making an online purchase because the prices were so low vs a retail brick and mortar store but I took a chance and placed my order. I'm glad I did, I am so impressed with their prices,service and packaging and the quality of their products and a great selection too! I will definitely be purchasing more things from them in the near future. They are my go to place for sure!!

Like so many others Like so many others: bait and switch. Order the newer expensive version of an item and they send the cheaper older version of the item. Is it by accident or they are hoping you don't notice? It seems way too common of a theme to think it happens by accident as often as their reviews say. CS was polite but unhelpful in doing anything other than: 'Please return the item back first so our facility can look for the correct item and ship it back if available." I don't want to be in limbo for weeks. I don't plan to ever order from this company again.

Walmart is a big company Walmart is a big company. Please please take VIPOUTLET out of your list. This company steal my money by advertising their item on Walmart.com then create a fake tracking number for shipping by FEDEX then never send your item to you. I contact Walmart customer 2 times by phone, I email to them 3 times about where is by order?. I gave them all my information. They never get a clear answers. Walmart should review all reviews from all customers complain about this company.

Good website back in the day but I don't know I don't know if all of these people were unfortunate or what but I have purchased many things in the past from vip outlet and they were all good. Ever since they re did their website though, it hast been anything special. Just another website with average prices. I wish they brought the Victus 15L 0013w back.

Ordered Nintendo switch with Mario… Ordered Nintendo switch with Mario kart. Didn't open right away due to being a gift. When opened there was no Mario kart download. After two days it quit working. Say we can't return due to being outside return window. The switch now states it's corrupted. I was told by VIPOUTLET I would receive a refund then after daily messaging for a return label was told it wasn't returnable. If there was a zero star option, this company would get it. Follow-up with said company. After I left this review the company reached out, which gave me hope. I forwarded all the information to them to the email address they gave me, only to find out that the email address provided was an undeliverable mailbox. Please don’t buy anything from this company. They sure have been horrible to work with or at least try.
