No scam, all smiles I've used VIP Outlet twice. Bought a laptop through their Ebay store in January. Just bought a Chromebook through there actual website in November. Each transaction was smooth, no problems. Received both items in quick fashion. This last purchase was faster than my first! I ordered the Chromebook the night of 11/23, order shipped 11/24, received package on 11/25. Couldn't be happier with the service!

Company tried recieved refund Recieved a refund on my clearly defective product(had been sent with paperwork that included the name of the previous person who had returned the product and all paperwork) .this item was sent out defective and brush would not spin. Business was unhappy to see my review and enlisted an employee to try to facilitate the return. I will not do business in the future. I wasted time and money returning a product that never should have gone out. Given one extra star because of the business trying to rectify the situation.

I cancel.order but still Shipp anyway then I return the item. seller received the item back on 01/26 and I'm still waiting my refund I wanna send several email. Still seller not issues my refund. I had my doubts but they delivered I honestly can not believe it, despite my doubts and the vague reviews I decided to test my faith in humanity and trust the deal. They delivered on the phone I ordered (Idol 5s) quickly and without issue. The only minor complaint I can muster is the screen protector tape they use left a bit of sticky resin that I had to scrub off before use.
