GBTOTAL RIPOFF -- STAY AWAY!! I ordered the Nextbase 622GW Front and Rear Camera Combo. What I received was the front camera only. Also no USB cable for connecting the camera to a computer (listed on the box as an included component necessary for initial setup, but it wasn't there). I contacted VIP OUTLET immediately, and they said the best they could do was offer me $30. A rear camera retails for $70, so why would I accept $30? Also they never replied about the missing USB cable. Now I have to deal with the hassle of mailing back this piece of junk. VIP OUTLET engages in false advertising and hopes that customers won't notice their attempts at ripping you off. Avoid at all costs!!

GBI had my doubts but they delivered I honestly can not believe it, despite my doubts and the vague reviews I decided to test my faith in humanity and trust the deal. They delivered on the phone I ordered (Idol 5s) quickly and without issue. The only minor complaint I can muster is the screen protector tape they use left a bit of sticky resin that I had to scrub off before use.

GBOrdered Nintendo switch with Mario… Ordered Nintendo switch with Mario kart. Didn't open right away due to being a gift. When opened there was no Mario kart download. After two days it quit working. Say we can't return due to being outside return window. The switch now states it's corrupted. I was told by VIPOUTLET I would receive a refund then after daily messaging for a return label was told it wasn't returnable. If there was a zero star option, this company would get it. Follow-up with said company. After I left this review the company reached out, which gave me hope. I forwarded all the information to them to the email address they gave me, only to find out that the email address provided was an undeliverable mailbox. Please don’t buy anything from this company. They sure have been horrible to work with or at least try.

CAHelp from VIPOUTLET User Experience Specialist Ariel I had 4 unsuccessful attempts to navigate through Walmart.ca websites to get a return label mailed for a purchase I made at Walmart.ca marketplace. Walmart.ca support was absolutely no Help and repeated instructions to me which turned out, had no links to their website. There was one person who recognized my problem, Ariel a VIPOUTLET User Experience Specialist. She came through and saw my problem and today I successfully mailed my item back to the seller. Well done, Ariel

GBThis my first order from VIP Outlet This my first order from VIP Outlet. I had to contact Customer Support because I wasn't sure if my order went thru. I received a prompt reply, along with a shipping update. My order was delivered promptly, was packaged well, and I was very pleased with my overall experience. I will definitely order again.
