Purchasing from VIPOUTLET Voids Manufacturer’s Warranty! Avoid!! I purchased a Hoover Smartwash Pet carpet cleaner on December 1, 2023. The product worked well (good cleaning and quick drying) until the cheap plastic and spring on the suction nozzle broke on the fourth use. Nowhere on the page did it show that I was purchasing from an unauthorized seller of the Hoover Smartwash Pet carpet cleaner. A part on this broke after having it for 3.5 months. The part is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. However, upon contacting Hoover Support in March 2024, they informed me that they will not honor the 5 year manufacturer’s warranty because I purchased the item from an unauthorized seller. I thought that I was purchasing this from Walmart. How would I have known this? The five year warranty was a major pull for me purchasing this product. Hoover told me to contact VIPOUTLET. VIPOUTLET claims that they offer a 90 day limited warranty and that this is advertised on the selling page. They went on to say that my 90 days were over. It was not advertised anywhere on the page. I took screenshots for record keeping purposes as well as to escalate my complaint to the Better Business Bureau. This is a scam. Do yourself a favor and purchase the product from a brick and mortar store like Home Depot, Lowe’s or directly through the manufacturer’s website. Update as of 4/27/24: I provided the additional information for outreach after posting my review and the company commenting. I received no further contact, and they never made it right.

Great price, fast shipping Like other shoppers, I was a bit skeptical because there are so many websites now touting ultra low prices that are China scams. However, VIP Outlet is, as far as I can tell, US based. I ordered two Gorilla Carts GOR6PS at an amazing price. They were promptly shipped via FedEx and although the boxes were pretty beat up when they arrived, the contents were complete and undamaged. I was so impressed I ordered two more only to discover that the price had dropped even more! Like the first order, the items arrived timely and undamaged. Thank you VIP Outlet!

Good website back in the day but I don't know I don't know if all of these people were unfortunate or what but I have purchased many things in the past from vip outlet and they were all good. Ever since they re did their website though, it hast been anything special. Just another website with average prices. I wish they brought the Victus 15L 0013w back.

I cancel.order but still Shipp anyway then I return the item. seller received the item back on 01/26 and I'm still waiting my refund I wanna send several email. Still seller not issues my refund. TOTAL RIPOFF -- STAY AWAY!! I ordered the Nextbase 622GW Front and Rear Camera Combo. What I received was the front camera only. Also no USB cable for connecting the camera to a computer (listed on the box as an included component necessary for initial setup, but it wasn't there). I contacted VIP OUTLET immediately, and they said the best they could do was offer me $30. A rear camera retails for $70, so why would I accept $30? Also they never replied about the missing USB cable. Now I have to deal with the hassle of mailing back this piece of junk. VIP OUTLET engages in false advertising and hopes that customers won't notice their attempts at ripping you off. Avoid at all costs!!
