Still haven’t received my item It’s been a month since I ordered my item, and have NOT received it yet. I sent an email about getting my money back and no one has responded back to it. This was a waste of money. If I had known this was going to happen, I would never have ordered from them. It was supposed to be a gift for my daughter’s birthday, and I ended up having to spend more money and buy it elsewhere to have it in time for her. Not happy. Will NOT order from them again or recommend them to anyone!

Slow shipping service and customer… Slow shipping service and customer service response. Then lost two of my chairs we reported and customer service said they will replace but a week has gone by now without a shipping confirmation and reply after three emails.

Unreliable and very sketchy Had to Contact Seller and ask where shipment was after 3 weeks? We were told that it had shipped 2+ weeks ago. They said it was out of stock and would refund the price immediately. After telling us it was already shipping. We check the web page and it showed 7 available to purchase. The only good thing to say about them is that I received our refund within the day. Will never use them again.
