USThe worst cutomer-service experience I have ever had. It took me multiple calls, faxes, and e-mails to buy a Browning Citori at the advertised price. The price was a good one, but I will ignore any good deals I see advertised in the future. At Reeds, you pay in other ways. I walked away from a Browning promotion for a free $150 in ammo because of my frustration with Reed's staff. I do not think they are malicious, but it is not a professional gun shop, and it is a very poorly-performing online retailer.
