PA15 days trying to find customer service I made an order and somehow the shipment was returned to TRX thru UPS. I have been sending emails, have tried to find any possible way to communicate so I can get the goods I purchased. Seems weird to me, in today’s market and with all the available tools out there a company with such high prestige can not invest in Proper Customer Service.

GBI understand that due to current events… I understand that due to current events there will be a delay in customer service responses. However, I submitted a customer service request a month ago and no one has been in touch with me about initiating a return. It appears they are only accepting inquires via email. I would recommend having an automated mechanism for initiating a return if customer service is unable to attend to those customers for this long. I'm not sure how else to reach them.

GBAppalling Customer Service Ordered through Argos, nothing arrived after 14 days. Got in touch with TRXtraining customer service who were absolutely shocking. Claimed they didn't know anything about the order and then stopped responding to emails, didn't want to help at all. This company is so bad, even Argos couldn't get in touch with them. Avoid at all costs.

PRI paid for the monthly subscription got zip I paid for the monthly subscription. It refused to acknowledge my payment when I went to use the app. But it did charge my credit card. I tried to get help, and only AI would help me. AI was worthless. I noticed that eBay has off brand set ups, which are as good if not better and you can find a lot of free content on YouTube. This company is a scam. They are worthless. When I went searching for YouTube videos, they had the owner on. His demeanor says it all. Step away from the car.

GBThe worst customer service I have experienced Waited two weeks for them to finally ship my order (16 days delivery in total). During that time I received nothing from the UK customer services despite emailing them several times (there is no phone number to call). I was able to contact them through their Instagram account but they weren't able to help me, just blamed the delay on Brexit. Their bad reviews on here and on their Facebook page go right back to early last year so nothing to do with Brexit at all.
