I understand that due to current events… I understand that due to current events there will be a delay in customer service responses. However, I submitted a customer service request a month ago and no one has been in touch with me about initiating a return. It appears they are only accepting inquires via email. I would recommend having an automated mechanism for initiating a return if customer service is unable to attend to those customers for this long. I'm not sure how else to reach them.

'TRX TRAINING WALNUT CREEK' Watchout… 'TRX TRAINING WALNUT CREEK' Watchout for this trick. TRX tried to charge me a year later for £39.99 for training I did not access at any time. Buying the physical product is not the same as these online training 'products' they deliver. But hey in my opinion once TRX or other companies has your credit card details you may be vulnerable. Be careful.

Beware once the sale is made- Prepare to spend much more $ for instructional information I find no fault with the suspension equipment. The problem is with after the sale is made. You must pay an additional $19.95 a month to access video instructions on the correct and safe way to use the equipment. They offer one 'free' video for each body part focus. Wish they had mentioned I would be shelling out an additional $240 a year for instructions when I made the purchase- I just called to have returned with 30 day guarantee- Gouging your customers with additional charges to learn the safe and correct way to use their product does not seem fair.

I ordered a TRX sweat on the 25th March… I ordered a TRX sweat on the 25th March from the uk branch, I then waited 6 days and had heard nothing. So I simply enquired where it might be, or on its way. Only to now be told they have sold out. Selling out (these things happen) but if I had not contacted them, I doubt they would have contacted myself. There was the lame excuse of a technical issue and this being the reason for them still advertising even though demand was clearly greater than their supply. At this point in the current climate you will be pushed to get this product from anywhere, it is just disappointing that the main supplier, cant get their act together.

15 days trying to find customer service I made an order and somehow the shipment was returned to TRX thru UPS. I have been sending emails, have tried to find any possible way to communicate so I can get the goods I purchased. Seems weird to me, in today’s market and with all the available tools out there a company with such high prestige can not invest in Proper Customer Service.
