Appalling Customer Service Ordered through Argos, nothing arrived after 14 days. Got in touch with TRXtraining customer service who were absolutely shocking. Claimed they didn't know anything about the order and then stopped responding to emails, didn't want to help at all. This company is so bad, even Argos couldn't get in touch with them. Avoid at all costs.

Buying the physical product is not the same as these online training 'products' they deliver. But hey in my opinion once TRX or other companies has your credit card details you may be vulnerable. ZERO Customer Service I’ve had a similar experience as others noted here. I placed my order. No update for weeks. No response to my email. Finally the company provides a tracking number of which they don’t actually provide the items to the shipper for over a week. I’m still waiting and still receiving no reply/update. They have great products, but terribl service. This is the last time I buy from them. I’ve seen comparable items on Amazon that cost less and I know will be received.
