Brain dead customer service. Really the worst. One of the worst customer service experiences ever. Not heated, just inept. Loved my TRX system, but after making a simple mistake renewing my course membership, the idiot agent who responded to my inquiry completely soured me on the company and products.

Great customer service Had an issue with the high demand meaning the kettlebells were sold out. Not to worry, received excellent customer service from Alek (UK store) who took care of everything. Very pleased and would highly recommend.

DO NOT BUY FROM TRX AUSTRALIA! After trying since April to get in touch with these people, I have to say that if you’re thinking of buying a TRX get it from anyone other than the Australian store! I ordered a wall hinge in March, received the receipt but never saw the product. I can’t contact them because when I try to log into the account I setup on the Australian website it keeps bringing me back to login screen. Also emailing their customer service email just bounces back as undeliverable. To think I paid $60 for nothing. Should have gone to bunnings and bough something similar. Thanks for nothing TRX Australia!

Appalling Customer Service Ordered through Argos, nothing arrived after 14 days. Got in touch with TRXtraining customer service who were absolutely shocking. Claimed they didn't know anything about the order and then stopped responding to emails, didn't want to help at all. This company is so bad, even Argos couldn't get in touch with them. Avoid at all costs.

I ordered a TRX sweat on the 25th March… I ordered a TRX sweat on the 25th March from the uk branch, I then waited 6 days and had heard nothing. So I simply enquired where it might be, or on its way. Only to now be told they have sold out. Selling out (these things happen) but if I had not contacted them, I doubt they would have contacted myself. There was the lame excuse of a technical issue and this being the reason for them still advertising even though demand was clearly greater than their supply. At this point in the current climate you will be pushed to get this product from anywhere, it is just disappointing that the main supplier, cant get their act together.
