GBGreat customer service Had an issue with the high demand meaning the kettlebells were sold out. Not to worry, received excellent customer service from Alek (UK store) who took care of everything. Very pleased and would highly recommend.

GBAppalling Customer Service Ordered through Argos, nothing arrived after 14 days. Got in touch with TRXtraining customer service who were absolutely shocking. Claimed they didn't know anything about the order and then stopped responding to emails, didn't want to help at all. This company is so bad, even Argos couldn't get in touch with them. Avoid at all costs.

GBBrain dead customer service. Really the worst. One of the worst customer service experiences ever. Not heated, just inept. Loved my TRX system, but after making a simple mistake renewing my course membership, the idiot agent who responded to my inquiry completely soured me on the company and products.

GBI ordered a TRX sweat on the 25th March… I ordered a TRX sweat on the 25th March from the uk branch, I then waited 6 days and had heard nothing. So I simply enquired where it might be, or on its way. Only to now be told they have sold out. Selling out (these things happen) but if I had not contacted them, I doubt they would have contacted myself. There was the lame excuse of a technical issue and this being the reason for them still advertising even though demand was clearly greater than their supply. At this point in the current climate you will be pushed to get this product from anywhere, it is just disappointing that the main supplier, cant get their act together.

GBYou’ve taken my money. You’ve taken my money, not responded to any emails and not confirmed my order has been sent yet. I’ve sent two emails and messaged on your Facebook account as well as messenger. The Facebook account shows you regularly update your page....... still nothing oh and the contact number at the top of your page is a premium number and there is no contact on your website.
