You’ve taken my money. You’ve taken my money, not responded to any emails and not confirmed my order has been sent yet. I’ve sent two emails and messaged on your Facebook account as well as messenger. The Facebook account shows you regularly update your page....... still nothing oh and the contact number at the top of your page is a premium number and there is no contact on your website.

Great customer service Had an issue with the high demand meaning the kettlebells were sold out. Not to worry, received excellent customer service from Alek (UK store) who took care of everything. Very pleased and would highly recommend.

Brain dead customer service. Really the worst. One of the worst customer service experiences ever. Not heated, just inept. Loved my TRX system, but after making a simple mistake renewing my course membership, the idiot agent who responded to my inquiry completely soured me on the company and products.

ZERO Customer Service I’ve had a similar experience as others noted here. I placed my order. No update for weeks. No response to my email. Finally the company provides a tracking number of which they don’t actually provide the items to the shipper for over a week. I’m still waiting and still receiving no reply/update. They have great products, but terribl service. This is the last time I buy from them. I’ve seen comparable items on Amazon that cost less and I know will be received.

I ordered a TRX sweat on the 25th March… I ordered a TRX sweat on the 25th March from the uk branch, I then waited 6 days and had heard nothing. So I simply enquired where it might be, or on its way. Only to now be told they have sold out. Selling out (these things happen) but if I had not contacted them, I doubt they would have contacted myself. There was the lame excuse of a technical issue and this being the reason for them still advertising even though demand was clearly greater than their supply. At this point in the current climate you will be pushed to get this product from anywhere, it is just disappointing that the main supplier, cant get their act together.
