PA15 days trying to find customer service I made an order and somehow the shipment was returned to TRX thru UPS. I have been sending emails, have tried to find any possible way to communicate so I can get the goods I purchased. Seems weird to me, in today’s market and with all the available tools out there a company with such high prestige can not invest in Proper Customer Service.

GB'TRX TRAINING WALNUT CREEK' Watchout… 'TRX TRAINING WALNUT CREEK' Watchout for this trick. TRX tried to charge me a year later for £39.99 for training I did not access at any time. Buying the physical product is not the same as these online training 'products' they deliver. But hey in my opinion once TRX or other companies has your credit card details you may be vulnerable. Be careful.

GBABSOLUTELY AWFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! have used the TRX system in gyms previously and felt it was a great product. When trying to but one for personal use though I have experienced the worst company and customer service I have ever, ever had the displeasure to have to deal with. A complete shambles. Delays all round, delivered to the wrong address 12 days after ordering, no response from emails, live chat on teh website never works, no phone number to call and discuss.....just all so very bad. They only get one star because you can't give zero. Stay away or get your TRX system from a 3rd party if you must.

GBI ordered a TRX sweat on the 25th March… I ordered a TRX sweat on the 25th March from the uk branch, I then waited 6 days and had heard nothing. So I simply enquired where it might be, or on its way. Only to now be told they have sold out. Selling out (these things happen) but if I had not contacted them, I doubt they would have contacted myself. There was the lame excuse of a technical issue and this being the reason for them still advertising even though demand was clearly greater than their supply. At this point in the current climate you will be pushed to get this product from anywhere, it is just disappointing that the main supplier, cant get their act together.

GBTRX Training doesn't care about its customers Despite the product receiving great reviews this company does not care about its customers, nor how it is perceived. Order placed, not shipped, no updates, no means to speak to a human and find out the reason for the delay. Consistent bad feedback, no improvement or evidence of intent. Whoever runs this company doesn't care what customers think.
