Terrible customer service I placed an order for my product in late July, and have yet to receive my order yet. The company billed me immediately yet nothing has arrived, I have sent numerous emails to Grabcart customer service requesting updates on my order and its shipping status and NO ONE will contact me back regarding this order. I am now wanting to cancel my order and refund my money and am again unable to reach anyone on how to proceed. This is awful customer service, I will not be ordering through this company ever again.

BEAUTY COURTOURE HUGE SCAM!!! On June 11,2017 I placed an order with beatycoutoure.cartgrab.com. Today is August 9, 2017 & I have yet to receive my items nor have I got a response to ANY of the MANY contact letters I sent to them. There is no phone number to call so no way to deal with a person so I'm guessing my only option is to let the BBB handle this. I've seen other sites reading this site is a scam but nothing is being done. Btw, order#310056 for $8.86-Kylie Matte Lip +Liner-LEO 21 colors. DO NOT USE THIS SITE DO NOT USE THIS SITE! TOTAL SCAM! I made a large purchase on the beauty couture cartgrab page. I love the kylie lip kits that i have bought from the kylie website and wanted to get a few more for a discounted price. I also bought products from Kim Kardashian's line. I purchased on July 27th, 2017 and it is now August 18th, 2017 and i have recieved nothing! I'm mad i lost my money and truly disappointed that i got scammed and didn't receive products i paid for. I have never been scammed before so please trust me when i say buy from the source always, if you don't like the price then don't buy it.

Be Careful This is a storefront for companies like 'UnbeatableSale', but you would not know. Look up that company's complaint record. I am in a dispute with Unbeatable Sale. Who knows, it might even be the same company. Deception is done because they do not accept returns, but you would have no idea who you are really buying from.
