GBBEAUTY COURTOURE HUGE SCAM!!! On June 11,2017 I placed an order with beatycoutoure.cartgrab.com. Today is August 9, 2017 & I have yet to receive my items nor have I got a response to ANY of the MANY contact letters I sent to them. There is no phone number to call so no way to deal with a person so I'm guessing my only option is to let the BBB handle this. I've seen other sites reading this site is a scam but nothing is being done. Btw, order#310056 for $8.86-Kylie Matte Lip +Liner-LEO 21 colors. If anyone can direct me somewhere useful, I would greatly appreciate it! Yvonda Turner

CABest customer service I was very impressed with the efficieny of these guys. I shop online quite a bit but have never had such exceptional service. The shipping times were pretty decent as well.

CAFeel like a customer Treated like a customer. Given full attention quick and my concerns were well taken care of. I placed my order, made a mistake requested that they change the order. GrabCart right away dealt with my concern and acceptted my order back after i shipped it. I replaced the order with different product and received it in 3 days. Highly recommend this company because of how they treated me as a concerned customer.

GBGrabcart is Powerless To Support Customer I received my "New" headphones in a reasonable time; however, the blister pack was opened. Items listed by the manufacturer as pack-ins were missing including the connection cable (to plug the headphones in to a stereo) and a carry case. I have requested a RMA (return merchandise authorization) or the missing parts twice. Grabcart claims not to be the seller but, rather, a 3rd party called Natcellular. My order and my money went to Grabcart based on Grabcart's ad and description of the merchandise. If they had Natcellular dropship the headphones then, I believe, Grabcart maintains a responsiblity to the customer to ensure the items are as Grabcart stated in the advertisement. Grabcart is powerless to ensure you get what you order.

GBTerrible customer service I placed an order for my product in late July, and have yet to receive my order yet. The company billed me immediately yet nothing has arrived, I have sent numerous emails to Grabcart customer service requesting updates on my order and its shipping status and NO ONE will contact me back regarding this order. I am now wanting to cancel my order and refund my money and am again unable to reach anyone on how to proceed. This is awful customer service, I will not be ordering through this company ever again.
