GBVoucher con I tried to put this review on the Maplins web review site and the kicked it off, no surprise there ONLY PUT GOOD reviews ON They had an offer on £5 for £50 spend £10 for £100 spend, I would of thought for over £200 spend I would of received at least a £20 voucher , BUT when I asked the question all they would offer is a £10 voucher, in future I will look round for a better deal.

GBA very poor and unprofessional company A very poor and unprofessional company. I ordered two items from Maplin. They send a dispatch confirmation email for both items that will be sent together. Only ONE item was delivered and it was significantly damaged and suspiciously looks like a returned item from a previous customer since the seals on the box were broken. The other item was not even included even though the email says it was. I wrote countless emails to Maplin and completed their online Contact Us forms. Absolutely zero responses. Eventually, I write a review on Trustpilot and surprisingly within minutes they respond apologising for my experience and that they assured me the item delivered was not second hand. I was told I would be contacted by their team... but again further waiting for absolutely nothing but false promises. They use Trustpilot to publicly respond to negative reviews so as to assure other viewing customers not to worry. It's a big scandal. I am now going to my bank to claim the refund since Maplin have failed to take responsibility for their incompetence.

GBNo fuss, they're learning and growing Seems there's a second page for the same company? Here's the same review: "Got what I ordered in good time, and their site has improved since their re-launch. To other reviewers, remember Maplin closed down a couple of years back. This is a completely new company."

GBChesterfield Maplins This is only a small store, but staff are so much more enthusiastic, helpful and knowledgable than the much bigger 'Currys' nearby. We always try them first as its an infinitely more pleasant experience.

GBAbsolutely disgusted with this company! Absolutely disgusted with this company! I placed an order with maplin for 2 items and only one item was delivered. I have been trying for a week to get in touch with them and only had one response telling me they are sorry to hear this has happened. I’m still to receive an email telling me it’s been re ordered, I find it disgraceful how a company can’t even be bothered to keep their customers informed of deliveries they have paid for, my order was a Christmas present to my daughter! First time I’ve used this company and I can assure you it’s the last I’m now out of pocket and still have to purchase the same item from else where as this company will not sort this out AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
