I returned a faulty phone that was… I returned a faulty phone that was probably reconditioned when advertised as new. It asked for a puk code! The SIM card holder didn't work and I sent it back. Maplins received the return but need 3 working days to decide whether I get a full refund or a partial refund! What is that all about? I bought this phone for my 91 year old mother because it is supposed to be easy to operate. It's faulty and you can't imagine how stressful this is when the seller doesn't give a monkeys.

I am very disappointed with this… I am very disappointed with this company I ordered a Xbox game for my sons Christmas present and still haven’t received it!! They say it’s been delivered but it’s been delivered to the wrong place or someone has stole it as it is not my signature!! I have been emailing but all they keep saying it’s not their problem and it’s Royal Mail and I have to wait yet another 30days this is beyond the joke I said I don’t want a refund just the game I ordered yet that’s still not good enough for them... DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

I had to send back my daughters camera… I had to send back my daughters camera she got for Christmas as it was broken. They sent me an email to say they have received the camera and will issue me my refund! I messaged them after a week to ask where my money was and they said they said they got sent it by mistake and yet to receive the camera. They asked for receipt which I said to them I no longer have as didn’t see the issue when then emailed me to say they got the camera and were issuing me a refund! I asked to speak to the manger which they replied I had to make a complaint and sent me the email! I sent the complaint to have a email back to say my message has been blocked!!!!!!! I emailed the other person back and he hasn’t replied !!!!

Don’t waste your time or money I ordered some 4lite wiz GU10 bulbs at what seemed a bargain price in 2 separate batches. Although some of the bulbs worked as expected others either didn’t work at all or wouldn’t pair. In addition the bulbs in on batch were a very different shape to the others. Customer service is lamentable with no reply to any of my emails and no contact phone number. Yes if it’s too good to be true it really is too good to be true.
