Cancelation is VERY difficult unless you call! When you buy an Echelon bike, you are given a trial period with the Echelon app. This app is glitchy and not nearly as fully-equipped as the Peloton app, and the price for membership is exorbitant. If you go onto the website to cancel the subscription, it of course doesn't work, but there's no indication either way as to whether the cancelation went through or not. It's a good thing I called their customer service line to cancel over the phone, because they told me my account was still active despite several attempts to cancel online. I'd have been charged nearly $700 at the end of the month! The man on the phone was helpful enough, but gave me about five different spiels about "promotions" they had going on to rope me back in. Every time I said "I just want to cancel," I was read another stock line about some other paid membership tier. The fact that they not only make cancelation through their site nearly impossible (if not entirely impossible), while making it seem like you CAN cancel online, paired with the number of times they try to rope you back in when you do call, tells me that this company is shady as can be. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

They will try and steal your money They will try and steal your money. Although the app says "cancel anytime" you cannot. You have to go through customer service, during business hours, and they will charge you for 12 months and make a refund near impossible. You should not have to sign up for an annual program just to use the damn bike. It's modern day fraud and theft. I would not recommend them. Go get a different bike literally anywhere else.

Don't buy Don't buy. Only bought as cheap peloton alternative. Used to be able to use bike in freestyle, but recent update to app makes this significantly harde App now minimises your metrics while forcing adverts down your throat. Junk

If I could leave a negative number! I… If I could leave a negative number I would! Horrible customer service!! Ordered 2 bikes mid December. When we finally received one bike mid January box was trashed Echelon said it should be fine. We had to fight to get the second bike which finally came in Feb We paid 300.00 for each bike (600.00) for delivery and set up. Delivery was supposed to be signature upon delivery that did not happen. We moved each bike into the garage (when we realized each was delivered with no signature) the bikes are still sitting in the garage waiting for Echelon to set up service to get them put together and rideable. Again $600.00 for nothing. PLEASE DON'T BUY BIKES FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Defective Parts - Resolved I received the bike (on 03/15/2024) and was unable to remove bolts for either the left or right pedals to connect these to the frame of the bike, making the bike (currently) unusable. A customer service representative informed me that the pedals were “likely defective” and two new pedals will be shipped to me which I should anticipate receiving within two weeks (10 business days). Not the end of the world, however, I have a brand new bike that is currently unusable, and estimated to be so for another period of time. Updated Review (from two to four stars): I received the new pedals in (6) days and was successfully able to install these. Echelon support has contacted me and addressed my concerns.
