GBNever worked out of the box.i purchased… Never worked out of the box.i purchased an Ex-5. I didn't care for the screen and any of their classes. However I needed to download the app on order to get the freewheel to release so there would be less tension/ resistance while pedaling. I spoke with great customer service reps however we weren't able to get the bike to recognize the app in order to solve the issue. One would expect the bike to work out of the box. I'm bitterly disappointed in the company and I wouldn't suggest purchasing this bike to anyone.

GBDon't buy Don't buy. Only bought as cheap peloton alternative. Used to be able to use bike in freestyle, but recent update to app makes this significantly harde App now minimises your metrics while forcing adverts down your throat. Junk

GBIf I could leave a negative number! I… If I could leave a negative number I would! Horrible customer service!! Ordered 2 bikes mid December. When we finally received one bike mid January box was trashed Echelon said it should be fine. We had to fight to get the second bike which finally came in Feb We paid 300.00 for each bike (600.00) for delivery and set up. Delivery was supposed to be signature upon delivery that did not happen. We moved each bike into the garage (when we realized each was delivered with no signature) the bikes are still sitting in the garage waiting for Echelon to set up service to get them put together and rideable. Again $600.00 for nothing. PLEASE DON'T BUY BIKES FROM THIS COMPANY!!

GBSave your money……. I purchased a bike from Echelon in September last year. Since that time we have had to contact support in an attempt to resolve a constant squeaking noise. The first visit blamed ‘alignment’ of the belt, the second visit blamed a loose pedal (!) and today exactly the same issue. Genuinely wish we had paid the extra to go for a more reputable brand.

GBI emailed them this on 2/22/2024 and… 4/16/2024 After I report them on here, google and BBB they offer to send a nearly identical model that cost $20 more. Here is my reply: How is that going to help me, I'm not putting another one together & trying to dispose of the other. I am disabled and live alone. I want the part or a refund and QVC said per Echelon it had to be returned in the box, which is impossible to put back in the box because you have to cut it open and remove the padding to get it out. I'm sure the display or something would be broken on the other one too, just like all the ones you sold qvc, look at the reviews. I emailed them this on 2/22/2024 and have been lied to about a replacement part being shipped until its too late to return. Body: I received a defective ez step bike I bought on QVC, Order 6988048075 2/17/2024 It didn't have enough screws and a piece of black plastic broke off of somewhere when I opened the box. Poor instructions, needs clearer screw size instructions/letter or # stickers on parts. The back rest is terribly hard and small, it pushes on my tailbone which already gives me chronic pain. It could be larger and more rounded But the clincher is the display does not work. I opened 2 new packs of batteries and it never turned on. How do I get this replacement part?
