Not worth the hassle I ordered, a month later, no delivery. They were very good following up, but when they sent again (to Australia) and it still didn't arrive, they refused to give me any tracking number or the name of the courier service they use. So I wasted $60. Then they just stopped replying to messages. Pointless and really sad after so many years of good service. They need tracking numbers!

UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY WHO IGNORES YOUR EMAILS This is the reply I received from them after my order was VERY delayed: "We are not responsible for postal delays. Do not place any further order with us in the future, thank you." I am still trying to obtain an answer from their site since december 2011 concerning this email, but they ignore unsatisfied customers. I have been in contact with the trading standards who advice me to wait 48h after having sent a last chase up to them and then they will take the case. i STRONGLY ADVICE NOT TO SHOP ON THIS SITE.

Recommended As a long-standing customer I recommend this vendor for several reasons: 1. Consistent supply of quality products (no off-brands, no stale stock, no substitutes ever shipped - you will get what you ordered). 2. Timely delivery. 3. Friendly customer service. 4. Discounts and freebies (but, then again, I'm a regular so they probably throw some extras in for me for that reason).

First time pleased My wife and I have never used poppers before. An interesting experience. I received a discount coupon via a friend so was interested to try. Package was a little late, but arrived without fuss (discreetly packaged). Customer service was good, products worked well!! Not sure I will be a regular, more occasional, purchaser but I will return to powerpoppers when and if needed. Recommended.

Fake rubbish! Fake Czech "bathtub formula" poppers claiming to be real deal. Extortionate prices for a load of weak, dangerous crap! Emails ignored continually, even though they promise to "look after you" if you talk at the billing stage - once they have your money, it's over! No refunds ever given. Worst site ever for poppers.
