Ordering is a Gamble! I have ordered from this company twice now - First time package did not arrive after 10 days for local delivery but they were swift to answer my query (within an hour) by email and package arrived 2 days later. Second time I ordered on 5 March and email confirmed shipped on 6 March. To date it has not arrived and I have had no response from 2 emails over the last 3 days! Company is obviously badly managed as its down to luck whether you will get the package in time or at all! Seems they cant keep up with amount of orders and management is a mess. Basically its a gamble ordering with this company!

UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY WHO IGNORES YOUR EMAILS This is the reply I received from them after my order was VERY delayed: "We are not responsible for postal delays. Do not place any further order with us in the future, thank you." I am still trying to obtain an answer from their site since december 2011 concerning this email, but they ignore unsatisfied customers. I have been in contact with the trading standards who advice me to wait 48h after having sent a last chase up to them and then they will take the case. i STRONGLY ADVICE NOT TO SHOP ON THIS SITE.

BEST COMPANY IVE EVER ORDERED FROM!!! After trying many different company's and sites I have found this one to be the best for both value and the product itself. These sure are import strength and nothing like what you can buy over the counter or from other sites in the UK. I now solely use this site and no others, deliveries are quick and discrete and packaged well. Customer services are excellent too, they reply quickly to any queries or changes that you request.

SCAMMERS!! Don't give them your money!!! I ordered on Nov 25th. A month later I contacted "Jens" at customer service and requested a tracking number. They will not provide you with any tracking number. Instead Jens wrote we would resend my order. Well, it's now Jan 15th ans still have not received any product and again, they will not give you any tracking information. Because I paid with a debit card I'm probably just out the $50 because they will not refund.
