Beware!!!. These people will outright steal your money and deliver nothing. Never order from a company that cannot give an actual tracking number for a shipped product. This site will process your card, and then send you a nice email giving you an "order number" and you will never receive the product. They will not provide you a tracking number as proof that the product was actually sent. Look at the customer comments. They are overwhelmingly negative for a reason. I suspect the few positive ones were written by the same person who stole my money.

FAKE RUSH Order in the past was excellent, fast and genuine RUSH. Placed an order last month (Aug., 2015) and everything was perfect except the three (3) bottles I was sent are NOT genuine RUSH. No "PWD" embossed on the cap or the bottom of the bottle and the aroma is completely different from the genuine RUSH. I have confirmed the smell with several friends and they agree it's not genuine RUSH. I have since purchased locally for more money but that's okay, at least I get what I paid for. Still no response or follow up from the people at powerpoppers.com to my email I sent them.

Not worth the hassle I ordered, a month later, no delivery. They were very good following up, but when they sent again (to Australia) and it still didn't arrive, they refused to give me any tracking number or the name of the courier service they use. So I wasted $60. Then they just stopped replying to messages. Pointless and really sad after so many years of good service. They need tracking numbers!

UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY WHO IGNORES YOUR EMAILS This is the reply I received from them after my order was VERY delayed: "We are not responsible for postal delays. Do not place any further order with us in the future, thank you." I am still trying to obtain an answer from their site since december 2011 concerning this email, but they ignore unsatisfied customers. I have been in contact with the trading standards who advice me to wait 48h after having sent a last chase up to them and then they will take the case. i STRONGLY ADVICE NOT TO SHOP ON THIS SITE.
