GBGreat customer service still exists! The sleep band isn't exactly what we were looking for, so we got a refund AND the older model to try out - no charge! It's so tough to find good customer service these days. Ashley was very sweet and accommodating.

GBFRAUD COMPANY I ordered these headphones on the 14th,10 business days ago. Since then I’ve gotten multiple daily spam emails from them, yet my order hasn’t even been shipped. I’ve now written THREE emails that nobody has bothered to respond to asking for an update on shipping and their website doesn’t even allow you to cancel. This is CLEARLY FRAUD! You took money for something I’ll never receive. Reporting this to my bank and the BBB.

CAI put the Sleepband on ONCE and… I put the Sleepband on ONCE and immediately knew I could not sleep in it. The headphones and controls on the side are hard and not comfortable. Sleepband's website promises "100% guaranteed" that it's the most comfortable sleep mask. Yet they won't even return my emails asking to return it. Don't waste your money!!

AUQuality product but not for side sleepers Very well made and quality material. Unfortunately, as a side sleeper, this doesn't really work for me. The speakers themselves are quite thick and hard, making it somewhat uncomfortable on your ear when laying down. Would recommend it for anyone who sleeps on their backs, but side sleepers may not enjoy this.

GBHas been a week and no shipment date in… Has been a week and no shipment date in sight. After reading these trustpilot reviews and seeing that their customer service phone number has a full mailbox. I will just ask my card to help me get reimbursed. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
