AUTook ages to arrive and not impressed… Took ages to arrive and not impressed it comes from China not Australia as that's where it was sent from so false advertising is not cool, it's not breathable and very hot on ears and forehead and i have a shaved head this makes it uncomfortable also speakers don't go loud at all also u have to remove it out of the band to charge it wich is anoying meh save ya money and invest I'm a good quality product thats not made in China👎

AUthey dont answer queries I placed an order last week. I attempted to contact them just to get an order confirmation and possibly tracking information have emailed multiple times. First time nothing, second time some sort of automated email responder. very poor ustomer service I hold low hopes of even getting the product

GBHas been a week and no shipment date in… Has been a week and no shipment date in sight. After reading these trustpilot reviews and seeing that their customer service phone number has a full mailbox. I will just ask my card to help me get reimbursed. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

GBGood product BUT customer service sucks… Good product BUT customer service sucks and they don't keep their word. Their website sates lifetime warranty for any defects. My sleepband pro was damaged when I emailed them about getting a new one they said they wouldn't. I tried calling them on the two different phone numbers on their website and they both went to vm.

CAAmazing service I love my Sleepband, but my review is for their A+ service. I wrote to ask if there was a way to shut off the blinking light (it was disrupting my wife's sleep). There was not, as I had an older model. Their solution was to proactively ship me the new model, even though I hadn't asked for it. That's fantastic customer service. Thank you Ashley W!
