DEThats mindblowing I orderd my sleepband pro, which I actually didnt want to order (so totally my fault), they just offered me the normal sleepband with no additional costs. I received the second one, I am super satisfied with the products Sleepband Pro: Really, totally black out and not any pressure on your nose or anything! Sleepband: Super comfy and super good in sound For the incredible customer service I should give another 6 stars.

AUCheaper then sleephone Pro: cheaper then sleephones Cons: no sizes just one standard size, feels abit loose but acceptable i guess, bluetooth module big but at least its on the front so no problems via side sleeping but why not encase the module in silicone or at least the band should have some cushioning pocket for the bluetooth module to sit in p.s tracking showed it in china then had a long journey to the US to then be shipped to australia. According to the globe/map it would've been faster/shorter distance to send it to me via china? pps why call them noise cancelling headphones when they cant be noise cancelling since they're external i.e they're speakers Rate: 7/10

GBFRAUD COMPANY I ordered these headphones on the 14th,10 business days ago. Since then I’ve gotten multiple daily spam emails from them, yet my order hasn’t even been shipped. I’ve now written THREE emails that nobody has bothered to respond to asking for an update on shipping and their website doesn’t even allow you to cancel. This is CLEARLY FRAUD! You took money for something I’ll never receive. Reporting this to my bank and the BBB.

AUI struggle to sleep I struggle to sleep, stay asleep and go back to sleep,Sleepband was my saviour,it is slowly dying after 18mths of continuous use and I'm finding it really hard to replace it. I did buy another brand and the charging station is sown into the band in a really uncomfortable place. Why can't I buySleepband brand anymore??

AUBad product and worse service Recently received my 2 sleepband pro's... I have been trying to get ahold of support for 3 days now, even messaging then through Facebook... I have received no response. The device is very uncomfortable, and the left speaker has no cushion surrounding it, making it both very uncomfortable and moves around freely so you spend a stressful 5 minutes each time you put the band on or move it just trying to get the stupid speaker back into the correct spot over your ear. I want to take advantage of the 30 day satisfaction guarantee to return and get my money back. But unfortunately they are un-contactable. I'm hopeful that leaving this review gets a response as it seems the only thing they care about!!!
