CAHorrible also I purchase mine Feb 26… Horrible also I purchase mine Feb 26 2021, I waited for long to my package I try contact them still auto message , went to UPS they it was Delivered March 10 2021, I don't receivd text or email that they deliver it. It s said there wrong address I was my home no one knock put sticker that they deliver it. Hopefully you fix that matter I been for so long😡🤬

GBI ordered my beauty fridge and it… I ordered my beauty fridge and it arrived 2 weeks ago. It was a bigger size than I had imagined so I wanted a return. After 4 attempts of emailing them through their customer service website page, zero response. After messaging them through social media, example, instagram, got a response that they will have someone contact me right away. That was 10 days ago, and zero response. This is the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with, and it's sad because you see so many instagram "influencers" promoting their products. I wish I had found this page beforehand to know better.

GBThis company doesn’t respond to email This company doesn’t respond to email, & they don’t correct their orders when shipped incorrectly. Customer service was emailed ad nauseam, as well as DMs on the IG page- No response for 6 weeks and now I’m going in circles with a clown. What a circus!!! It’s like they’re being ran by aliens or something!! No customer service, ANYWHERE!!! Wasted money and time. BUYER BEWARE!

AUBUYERS BEWARE!!! BUYERS BEWARE!!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY! Where to begin with this cesspool of incompetence -Customer service staff fail to do their job - they ask the customer to find a shipping number and contact the shipping company on their own (when they don't even include the shipping number in their email to you). For a company with such frequent updates to its social media it should be a given that they channel the same energy into responding to their paying customers. But why does it take 2 to 3 days to get a one sentence answer? I've actually lost all patience with this pathetic excuse for a scam and sincerely wish I never bothered to click on their page.

I'll be back in a few months to see if your customer service has gotten better. Thanks guys for giving honest reviews and saving me from crappy customer service which we see way too often lately. Get it together sheesh.
