BETook nearly a month to arrive Took nearly a month to arrive. I was charged $12.99 for delivery and then I was made to pay another $24! When I emailed customer services they took a week to respond and said, 'they 100% understand how I am feeling' then just used a sandard template response as they didn't address anything I said in my email! You'll be much better off ging for Bootea or Skinny mint!

GBI ordered my beauty fridge and it… I ordered my beauty fridge and it arrived 2 weeks ago. It was a bigger size than I had imagined so I wanted a return. After 4 attempts of emailing them through their customer service website page, zero response. After messaging them through social media, example, instagram, got a response that they will have someone contact me right away. That was 10 days ago, and zero response. This is the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with, and it's sad because you see so many instagram "influencers" promoting their products. I wish I had found this page beforehand to know better.

GBAbsolutely terrible company Absolutely terrible company, DO NOT RECOMMEND. I purchased a bundle that I wasn’t happy with; as it was not effective at all. I kept getting basic email replies back saying all sales are final; and they were not even trying to help the customer (me, a first time customer) at all. STAY AWAY.

GBI have had nothing but great… I have had nothing but great experiences with Teami products as well as their customer service. I just started ordering directly from their site after ordering some of their teas during a FabFitFun sale. I always receive a timely response back from customer service and the shipping times are not bad at all. My items ship out fast but take extra time to arrive since I live in Alaska. I am bummed some people have had such negative experiences, but this hasn't been mine at all.

GBGlad I came to the reviews Glad I came to the reviews. I almost completed my order but I will not. TEAMI TEA I hope you take care of these issues. I'll be back in a few months to see if your customer service has gotten better. Thanks guys for giving honest reviews and saving me from crappy customer service which we see way too often lately. Get it together sheesh.
