Took my money never got item .... I put in a order for the detox face mask. They money was took off my card I paid 27 dollars. It has been 2 whole weeks going on 3 no tracking number sent nothing showing the order is coming. I’m in Georgia their located in Florida it shouldn’t take over a month for me to get even a conformation email. I emailed them twice no response. My wallet was stole so my credit card has been cancelled I can’t get a refund I want what I paid for !!! Update- still never heard from them or got my face mask complete scam !

LOVE THEIR TUMBLER. The rest is a waste of money I absolutely love their tumbler. After 2years a d it's perfect still. My issue is that the supplements are really expensive and the skincare line is really overpriced compared to certified brands elsewhere. Also the detox teas don't work and I can't try more of their products due to their high price and international shipping has become impossible to handle financially

This company doesn’t respond to email This company doesn’t respond to email, & they don’t correct their orders when shipped incorrectly. Customer service was emailed ad nauseam, as well as DMs on the IG page- No response for 6 weeks and now I’m going in circles with a clown. What a circus!!! It’s like they’re being ran by aliens or something!! No customer service, ANYWHERE!!! Wasted money and time. BUYER BEWARE!

No star if possible No star if possible. Rating based on delivery. My package says delivered and it has not arrived!!! And then when I said please assist me in getting a missing complaint they said ITS MY RESPONSIBILITY once it has been delivered. WELL IT WASNT DELIVERED thats what im trying to tell them. Then the tracking number can be tracked but when I go to USPS or Canada Post to file a missing complain both are saying my tracking number dont work. My order been delivered MORE THAN 10 DAYS AGO. I dont know who’s lying here but 0 remorse from customer service.

Ordered in Dec tracking shows shipped… Ordered in Dec tracking shows shipped hasnt moved since 28.12 emailed and tried to live chat with no luck. Either refund my money or send me the product first time ordering probably be the last should of checked reviws before ordering.
