SCAM Ordered same item twice, never received it, couldn't get response from customer service. I should have known from the excruciatingly slow website that something was wrong. Fortunately, AMEX is now refunding my charges and filing a dispute on my behalf. (Also, I suspect that the non-zero reviews on this page are not genuine.)

VitaDocs -- A pain where you sit down!! We ordered 2 bottles of Intensive Nutrition Vit. B-12 from this "Phony Outfit" on-line on 12/5/16 (it was put on our Discover Card). They charged the $37.75 cost to our card on 12/7/16. Today is 12/24/16 & we haven't received the order as yet (nor can we get any response to our many phone calls or emails to them). We have filed a complaint with the Las Vegas BBB who is working on it now. We also have contacted Discover to investigate the charge to our card by VitaDocs & hopefully get it reversed. Our next move is to contact the NV Att. Gen. to file a complaint as well as Amazon to advise them of this situation (tho we didn't use Amazon to order -- wish we had !!). A WORD TO THE WISE -- DON'T BUY FROM VITADOCS, CAUSE THEY ARE OUT TO STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!

No communication and won't ship rest of my order! This company has a bad reputation and I wished I'd have researched before ordering. They sent some of my order after me asking twice, then won't ship the remainder and won't answer my e mails. Wow buyer beware!!!

The way things should be! When I placed my order with VitaDocs I received my well packaged product in 4 days. The prices on the website are phenomenal and the service is great. Do not listen to these cry babies who posted negative reviews, if this company didn't have the best service with the best prices these people would have never shopped at VitaDocs..

Updated review: GOOD! Previously: RECOGNIZING THE SIGNS OF A SHAM Update on farther below: I just received my order! (4/6/16) Appears what I ordered/expected. Happy! Feedback: please keep customers informed on progress with steps in order process, tracking info, etc. Glad order has arrived! Thank you! ---------- Previously on 4/3/16: Made order last week (3/27/16). Appears to be sham: Sign#1. Received auto response but nothing since. Sign#2. Called customer service number and got an electronic voice advising me to leave a message and someone will call back. Looking at the below bad reviews, I see where this is going...
