GBWhere is my order? Ordered a supplement over a week ago and I can't get a response in regards to where this order is or if it's even been shipped. Zero communication. Good news is my credit card hasn't been charged... no clue what the issues are with this place. Beware.

GBVitaDocs -- A pain where you sit down!! We ordered 2 bottles of Intensive Nutrition Vit. B-12 from this "Phony Outfit" on-line on 12/5/16 (it was put on our Discover Card). They charged the $37.75 cost to our card on 12/7/16. Today is 12/24/16 & we haven't received the order as yet (nor can we get any response to our many phone calls or emails to them). We have filed a complaint with the Las Vegas BBB who is working on it now. We also have contacted Discover to investigate the charge to our card by VitaDocs & hopefully get it reversed. Our next move is to contact the NV Att. Gen. to file a complaint as well as Amazon to advise them of this situation (tho we didn't use Amazon to order -- wish we had !!). A WORD TO THE WISE -- DON'T BUY FROM VITADOCS, CAUSE THEY ARE OUT TO STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!

GBScammers Unfortunately I placed an order on line with vitadocs.com for 2 supplements on Jan 15th and they charged my credit card on Jan 16th but I never received an email confirmation of the purchase or email about shipping and certainly NEVER RECEIVED THE PRODUCTS!!! They have a bogus 888-908-4548 which I've left numerous messages and never received a call back. I filed a complaint with BBB and disputed the chargers with my credit card company. Someone needs to do something to stop these thieves. Credit card companies should flag this company and won't let the charge go through at all!

GBTook our money but never sent the … Took our money but never sent the product after several email request and four phone calls. We turned them into the Nevada Attorney General and the FTC.gov I would suggest anyone else who has been cheated do the same. Nevada needs to prosecute them. They do not deserve any grace time as they will abuse it when or if it is given to them so they would make things right.

GBHORRIBLE!!! This is the WORST company! I wish I had seen they received an "F" rating from the BBB before I ordered from them. There is absolutely zero customer service - I left multiple voice mails and emails requesting a response with no follow up from the company. I *finally* received my order over a MONTH after I placed the order. I never got an email confirmation or shipping information from them - nothing. I had to dispute the charge with my bank because I thought (and still do) the company is a FRAUD. BUYER BEWARE!!!
