GBTerrible Company to deal with Stay clear of this Site Placed Order with them the charged my card and sent me Mail that product was scheduled to be shipped. No product for 3 weeks I sent Email several times there response was same email to me over and over. I finally revived product only because I disputed charges wit my Credit card company they then sent it 2nd Day . There are plenty of companies that offer better that you will receive from this place. also web is full of negative reviews on Vita Docs should have did my homework first...One of the top worst I ever dealt with Stay Clear

GBSCAM Ordered same item twice, never received it, couldn't get response from customer service. I should have known from the excruciatingly slow website that something was wrong. Fortunately, AMEX is now refunding my charges and filing a dispute on my behalf. (Also, I suspect that the non-zero reviews on this page are not genuine.)

GBVitaDocs -- A pain where you sit down!! We ordered 2 bottles of Intensive Nutrition Vit. B-12 from this "Phony Outfit" on-line on 12/5/16 (it was put on our Discover Card). They charged the $37.75 cost to our card on 12/7/16. Today is 12/24/16 & we haven't received the order as yet (nor can we get any response to our many phone calls or emails to them). We have filed a complaint with the Las Vegas BBB who is working on it now. We also have contacted Discover to investigate the charge to our card by VitaDocs & hopefully get it reversed. Our next move is to contact the NV Att. Gen. to file a complaint as well as Amazon to advise them of this situation (tho we didn't use Amazon to order -- wish we had !!). A WORD TO THE WISE -- DON'T BUY FROM VITADOCS, CAUSE THEY ARE OUT TO STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!

Feedback: please keep customers informed on progress with steps in order process, tracking info, etc. Glad order has arrived! Thank you! ---------- Previously on 4/3/16: Made order last week (3/27/16). Appears to be sham: Sign#1. Received auto response but nothing since. Sign#2. Called customer service number and got an electronic voice advising me to leave a message and someone will call back. Looking at the below bad reviews, I see where this is going...
