GBInitial bad experience, Their support team came through. I sent these folks a pair of Samsung tablets at the end of July. There was a miscommunication about how they would pay me for my consignment and I didn't receive my payment until early December. It was an unfortunate mistake, but their support team sorted out the problem in less than a day. Thank you BBT support.

GBI sent my phone to this company and never recived payment I sent my phone to this company and they gave me a offer for my phone back in March I never received payment for my phone. I tried calling them many times since all I get is voice mail and no reply when contacting them by email. How are others going about trying to get payment for your products?

GBThey paid me late for my device. I have been trying to contact them for my payment for over a week. My phone arrived at their facility last week... they probably stole it. No response at all. Update: I eventually did get my phone paid over 2 weeks after it arrived, at the right price listed for when I sold it. Also, they recently contacted me and I was given compensation for the error.

GBno payment or communication I sent my phone 2 weeks ago, approved the revised condition/payment amount, but it's a week later now, and still no payment or any communication at all, beyond the initial "send your phone within 48hrs for a $10 bonus", which, looking back on it, should've been a red flag. Would change review if they rectify this situation. EDIT: My issue was resolved by Bing Bong.

On August 16th I quoted my iPad mini and iPhone for an exchanged on Bing Bong Tec website. They sent confirmation of receiving both items and passed inspection on August 28th. Their website advertised next day electronic check through email which I opted for. It is now Sept 23rd and I have not received any payment for my electronics. I've tried communicating with them multiple times through multiple channels and received nothing. After a month of trying to receive my payment for the exchange of goods, I have decided to report this issue to BBB.
