I had an issue cashing the echeck… I had an issue cashing the echeck (which was no fault of bing bong) Nate gladly assisted me in recieving the money offered for my phones in a different payment method. Nate was kind, efficient and very patient. I would definitely do business with them again!

They paid me late for my device. I have been trying to contact them for my payment for over a week. My phone arrived at their facility last week... they probably stole it. No response at all. Update: I eventually did get my phone paid over 2 weeks after it arrived, at the right price listed for when I sold it. Also, they recently contacted me and I was given compensation for the error.

BBB rating FAILS and does not send payment Business is not accredited and has not given me my money for my electronics I sent out a month ago, check out the BBB rating proof below. www. bbb.org/ us/oh/canton/profile/electronics -recycling/bing-bong-tec -support-0282-92020728 Just COPY AND PASTE the link and DELETE the spaces. On August 16th I quoted my iPad mini and iPhone for an exchanged on Bing Bong Tec website. They sent confirmation of receiving both items and passed inspection on August 28th. Their website advertised next day electronic check through email which I opted for. It is now Sept 23rd and I have not received any payment for my electronics. I've tried communicating with them multiple times through multiple channels and received nothing. After a month of trying to receive my payment for the exchange of goods, I have decided to report this issue to BBB.

Payment received but it wasn't easy Update - after posting this - I received an email from the company and they sent me an echeck which they indicated was sent on 7/26 but it was not received, they also claimed to never seeing my multiple emails - claiming they went to their spam folder? Nonetheless I was paid but hardly a straightforward approach - I did say I would post an updated review but buyer beware, if they only respond to you if you post a poor review then...... I have sent numerous emails with no response and no payment - rec’d my phone 7/22 and still have not received payment - no way to get in touch other than email which they don’t respond to - SCAM! I AM REPORTING THEM TO BBB

Very poor customer support & service I was quoted $148 for an iPhone 6s Plus and received an email stating that the Phone was received and approved and that I would be receiving an e-check within 1 business day. It has been 4 business days since that email was sent to me and I have attempted to contact their support via email multiple times with no response. I'm getting quite impatient and fear my phone is now gone with nothing received on my end. Regardless of whether or not my check is ever received, the quality of support I received throughout the trade-in process was very poor.
