My office upgraded to new smartphones… My office upgraded to new smartphones after 2 years and we needed to sell 11 iPhones. After looking around and finding this company we decided to give them a try. Overall it was an excellent transa, CS gave us a custom quote quickly. They also sent a shipping label to send all of the phones together which help so we didn’t need to send 11 boxes. no payment or communication I sent my phone 2 weeks ago, approved the revised condition/payment amount, but it's a week later now, and still no payment or any communication at all, beyond the initial "send your phone within 48hrs for a $10 bonus", which, looking back on it, should've been a red flag. Would change review if they rectify this situation. EDIT: My issue was resolved by Bing Bong.
