GBGreat customer service Sent a tablet in and it was received and approved for sale value quickly. There was a glitch in issuing my check but they sorted it out and handled it efficiently. Personalized customer service in resolving a problem much appreciated. I'll send in any old electronics to them from now on!

GBMy office upgraded to new smartphones… My office upgraded to new smartphones after 2 years and we needed to sell 11 iPhones. After looking around and finding this company we decided to give them a try. Overall it was an excellent transa, CS gave us a custom quote quickly. They also sent a shipping label to send all of the phones together which help so we didn’t need to send 11 boxes. Once the phones arrived there was good communication and our payment went out quickly. Thanks very much bing bing tech!

CAReceived cell in a timely manner I received a cell phone in a timely fashion. It wasnt a phone that worked for my use. I called their # and OFS. I went through Best Buy and they helped on behalf of myself. I just sent thephone back for a refund. Im hoping that happens soon. The actual service was very good.

GBSent them my iphone 1 month ago and… Sent them my iphone 1 month ago and still have not received payment. No good working phone number to call and they do not respond to emails. Appears they just stole my phone. Will call the Canton police dept tomorrow during business hours. UPDATE: They have reached out to me and sent an echeck which i have deposited and has cleared my bank.
