GBSent them my iphone 1 month ago and… Sent them my iphone 1 month ago and still have not received payment. No good working phone number to call and they do not respond to emails. Appears they just stole my phone. Will call the Canton police dept tomorrow during business hours. UPDATE: They have reached out to me and sent an echeck which i have deposited and has cleared my bank.

GBI had an issue cashing the echeck… I had an issue cashing the echeck (which was no fault of bing bong) Nate gladly assisted me in recieving the money offered for my phones in a different payment method. Nate was kind, efficient and very patient. I would definitely do business with them again!

CAHorrible Company This was the worst experience I've had to date with online shopping, warranty is useless. Bought a Samsung phone, screen was falling off the phone out of the box but from a fuzzy pic they determined ,"user caused". I like Best Buy, where they sell but I'm just a bit dubious now

GBThey paid me late for my device. I have been trying to contact them for my payment for over a week. My phone arrived at their facility last week... they probably stole it. No response at all. Update: I eventually did get my phone paid over 2 weeks after it arrived, at the right price listed for when I sold it. Also, they recently contacted me and I was given compensation for the error.
