Ordered, Received, Performed as Expected I still use my first-version MacBook Pro laptop and every year, it needs a new battery due to computer issues that are no longer serviceabie by Apple. USBPhoneworld has the batteries in stock. Twice I have ordered from USBPhoneworld and twice I have promptly received what I ordered. Both times, the battery performed as I expected it to. That's good enough for me and easy to recommend USBPhoneworld for an old-timer MacBook Pro with an OS X (Version 10.4.11) like mine.

Excellent service One minor glitch ,not supplier's fault. The battery was slightly oversize but I was able to force it into the compartment, It won't latch but isn't going anywhere with the very tight fit. Thank you for the super service! Rod Manns

Warning: never delivered! I ordered and payed a computerbattery from usbphoneworld, but they send a wrong battery. They acknowledged the fault and promised to deliver a new one, Now 6 months later we still have not received our battery. their support team is very friendly and keep saying they will look into the matter, but the result still is no delivery. We have lost more than a 100 dollars dealing with this firm.

The customer service representatives should practice being more "upbeat" and outgoing. My experience was not anything out of the ordinary. I needed to call 2 times. The first person was more helpful than the second. The second made me feel like he wanted to hurry and finish the conversation. Neither of them would win any contests in customer service helpfulness.

It took about 5 days longer than advertised for regular ground delivery. Don't know if I would have received it sooner if I paid extra for faster delivery or it the delay was caused by lack of product availability.
