GBYou saved the day!! We were in need of a laptop battery; I had gone to one of our local stores that carries batteries. The gentleman told me that Dell puts a chip in their laptops so that the consumers will only purchase Dell replacement parts. We found your website, I called and the customer service rep. was great! He answered all my questions so that I could place my order. It came quickly, the person I ordered it for was extremely happy.

GB"original" apple macbook pro battery sold has brand new , and is used and faulty friday 17 - 2015 i have purchase a " original " Apple Battery for a macbook pro 17 " on the 23 of september and is now the 17 of december and i haven't received yet a replacement or the money Back the battery was sold has : Original Macbook 17 , Battery A1309 for Apple 7.4V 95WH Warranty : 1 Year Free the battery had heavy signs of usage it was salty only recharge to 85% and shots the computer down at 40% and resets all the parameters of the computer the costumer service is been horrible and i dont recommend this company to any one . friday 18 they dont even bother to replay to my emails any longer , they promise a solution by the 16 -2015 Luis

GBWrong battery, but replaced They corrected my wrong battery by sending a right one quickly. I am happy. I used my old battery to order a new one. When it arrived, I installed it an immediately got an error message that it was not recognized. I left it in thinking it might just need to be charged. I kept getting error messages and the blue screen of death. I finally took it out and no more error messages.

GBI Love Shopping Online But This Was The Worst Buying Experience. I ordered a battery for my laptop. I checked with my local tech to be sure I ordered the correct one. The battery took forever to get here and was the wrong one. Again checked my original order with another tech and yes, I ordered the right one. I was forced to use email communications only since there wasn't a viable phone number. Apparently, they have canned responses to the emails ALL asking you for additional information that they already have. After 4 emails, each one the same canned message, I received one from a "level 2". I was told to how to package the battery for shipping but without a shipping label. It also included an incredible list of other instructions and information I needed to provide yet again. I followed the instructions as requested and sent it off at my expense. It is now been more than a month since they have signed for it and I am out $53.00 plus shipping both ways. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE SERVICE.

GBMixed feelings toward this company. My first purchase from USB Phone World was quite pleasant. I placed my order and received within the week. Which is why I placed a second order. This was a terrible experience. The only e-mail I received was the automatically generated one after placing my order. After over a week had gone by, I contacted them to check the status and was told that I would receive my order in three days. I allowed a couple of extra days, and contacted them again since I hadn't received anything. I was then told it was on back order and that I would receive it the following week. At this point, I told them to cancel the order, which they did promptly. So, I guess that part is good. Unfortunately, they've lost any future business from me.
