Happy Customer! When my laptop died and it was confirmed that it was the battery I was unable to find one locally. Luckily I found USBPhoneworld! Not only did they have the best selection of Toshiba batteries but they had the battery that I needed at a great price. Ordering was easy. Delivery was fast! I would definitely order from USBPhone world again!

You saved the day!! We were in need of a laptop battery; I had gone to one of our local stores that carries batteries. The gentleman told me that Dell puts a chip in their laptops so that the consumers will only purchase Dell replacement parts. We found your website, I called and the customer service rep. was great! He answered all my questions so that I could place my order. It came quickly, the person I ordered it for was extremely happy.

Got the product I needed at a reasonable price. Got the product I needed at a reasonable price. Delivery time was a bit slower than advertised. It took about 5 days longer than advertised for regular ground delivery. Don't know if I would have received it sooner if I paid extra for faster delivery or it the delay was caused by lack of product availability.

The customer service representatives should practice being more "upbeat" and outgoing. My experience was not anything out of the ordinary. I needed to call 2 times. The first person was more helpful than the second. The second made me feel like he wanted to hurry and finish the conversation. Neither of them would win any contests in customer service helpfulness.

Mixed feelings toward this company. My first purchase from USB Phone World was quite pleasant. I placed my order and received within the week. Which is why I placed a second order. This was a terrible experience. The only e-mail I received was the automatically generated one after placing my order. After over a week had gone by, I contacted them to check the status and was told that I would receive my order in three days. I allowed a couple of extra days, and contacted them again since I hadn't received anything. I was then told it was on back order and that I would receive it the following week. At this point, I told them to cancel the order, which they did promptly. So, I guess that part is good. Unfortunately, they've lost any future business from me.
