GBHappy Customer! When my laptop died and it was confirmed that it was the battery I was unable to find one locally. Luckily I found USBPhoneworld! Not only did they have the best selection of Toshiba batteries but they had the battery that I needed at a great price. Ordering was easy. Delivery was fast! I would definitely order from USBPhone world again!

DKWarning: never delivered! I ordered and payed a computerbattery from usbphoneworld, but they send a wrong battery. They acknowledged the fault and promised to deliver a new one, Now 6 months later we still have not received our battery. their support team is very friendly and keep saying they will look into the matter, but the result still is no delivery. We have lost more than a 100 dollars dealing with this firm.

GBA good replacement for the original I bought a replacement battery for my Dell Mini 10 from USB Phone world. It performs as well as the original at a very reasonable price. The construction quality and fit were excellent and customer service regarding a minor problem was fast and excellent. I would buy from this company again.

GBWorst customer service EVER! Worst customer service I have ever experienced. They sent me a laptop battery which would not take a charge and I returned to them via US mail, but numerous phone calls and e-mails have not resulted in a replacement battery or a refund. Nobody answers the phone, phone messages have not resulted in a return call even once, e-mails get an automatic, generic reply but NEVER result in a reply from a real person. In THREE MONTHS of e-mails and phone calls NOBODY from this company has reached out to me to resolve this issue. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

GBMixed feelings toward this company. My first purchase from USB Phone World was quite pleasant. I placed my order and received within the week. Which is why I placed a second order. This was a terrible experience. The only e-mail I received was the automatically generated one after placing my order. After over a week had gone by, I contacted them to check the status and was told that I would receive my order in three days. I allowed a couple of extra days, and contacted them again since I hadn't received anything. I was then told it was on back order and that I would receive it the following week. At this point, I told them to cancel the order, which they did promptly. So, I guess that part is good. Unfortunately, they've lost any future business from me.
