The product was fine except the battery pack was not good and now the screen has gone out, So it wasn't such a great deal. I was very happy when the item first arrived but then we found out that the battery pack was no good and after a couple of months the screen quit working. I am therefore quiet unhappy with this company.

A good replacement for the original I bought a replacement battery for my Dell Mini 10 from USB Phone world. It performs as well as the original at a very reasonable price. The construction quality and fit were excellent and customer service regarding a minor problem was fast and excellent. I would buy from this company again.

Excellent service One minor glitch ,not supplier's fault. The battery was slightly oversize but I was able to force it into the compartment, It won't latch but isn't going anywhere with the very tight fit. Thank you for the super service! Rod Manns

So far so good! The ease of identifying what I needed and then ordering were much appreciated. Then, it was at my door in just a couple days! The only thing to do now is see how well the laptop computer battery holds up. If it provides the service suggested, I will recommend USB Phone World without hesitation!
