I Love Shopping Online But This Was The Worst Buying Experience. I ordered a battery for my laptop. I checked with my local tech to be sure I ordered the correct one. The battery took forever to get here and was the wrong one. Again checked my original order with another tech and yes, I ordered the right one. I was forced to use email communications only since there wasn't a viable phone number. Apparently, they have canned responses to the emails ALL asking you for additional information that they already have. After 4 emails, each one the same canned message, I received one from a "level 2". I was told to how to package the battery for shipping but without a shipping label. It also included an incredible list of other instructions and information I needed to provide yet again. I followed the instructions as requested and sent it off at my expense. It is now been more than a month since they have signed for it and I am out $53.00 plus shipping both ways. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE SERVICE.

I was sent the wrong cord I had to buy stereo female to RCA males for TV. Good sound. I was sent the wrong cord I had to buy stereo female to RCA males for TV. Good sound. When I called I was not able to get through mail box full. To reiterate there was a picture of stereo female to RCA male cord which was needed to work with TV this cord was not sent with but was not expressed as being in package. This unit does have great sound.

Wrong battery, but replaced They corrected my wrong battery by sending a right one quickly. I am happy. I used my old battery to order a new one. When it arrived, I installed it an immediately got an error message that it was not recognized. I left it in thinking it might just need to be charged. I kept getting error messages and the blue screen of death. I finally took it out and no more error messages.

The customer service representatives should practice being more "upbeat" and outgoing. My experience was not anything out of the ordinary. I needed to call 2 times. The first person was more helpful than the second. The second made me feel like he wanted to hurry and finish the conversation. Neither of them would win any contests in customer service helpfulness.

Good service I enjoyed the experience in dealing with the phone salesperson when I ordered my product, He was courteous and helpful in getting me the right product and looking up prior orders. I would tell anyone that USB is the right company to do business with on the internet. Got me all discounts that were available at the time and fast shipping, couldn't ask for more
