Wrong battery, but replaced They corrected my wrong battery by sending a right one quickly. I am happy. I used my old battery to order a new one. When it arrived, I installed it an immediately got an error message that it was not recognized. I left it in thinking it might just need to be charged. I kept getting error messages and the blue screen of death. I finally took it out and no more error messages.

Worst customer service EVER! Worst customer service I have ever experienced. They sent me a laptop battery which would not take a charge and I returned to them via US mail, but numerous phone calls and e-mails have not resulted in a replacement battery or a refund. Nobody answers the phone, phone messages have not resulted in a return call even once, e-mails get an automatic, generic reply but NEVER result in a reply from a real person. In THREE MONTHS of e-mails and phone calls NOBODY from this company has reached out to me to resolve this issue. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Good service I enjoyed the experience in dealing with the phone salesperson when I ordered my product, He was courteous and helpful in getting me the right product and looking up prior orders. I would tell anyone that USB is the right company to do business with on the internet. Got me all discounts that were available at the time and fast shipping, couldn't ask for more

Mixed feelings toward this company. My first purchase from USB Phone World was quite pleasant. I placed my order and received within the week. Which is why I placed a second order. This was a terrible experience. The only e-mail I received was the automatically generated one after placing my order. After over a week had gone by, I contacted them to check the status and was told that I would receive my order in three days. I allowed a couple of extra days, and contacted them again since I hadn't received anything. I was then told it was on back order and that I would receive it the following week. At this point, I told them to cancel the order, which they did promptly. So, I guess that part is good. Unfortunately, they've lost any future business from me.
