GBAlmost Non Existent Customer Service My order was not completely filled, yet I was charged for the entire order. I had technical questions, but nobody answered the phone except their robot. Eventually I was able to get a response via email about my short order (I figured out my technical issues on my own). Looked like I was making headway on getting my complete order filled, but then everything just turned to crickets. I sent what in my mind was my final quest for info about my order. About 1-1/2 weeks later, just as I was about to file a reverse charge claim with my bank credit card, the final piece of my order was delivered. 10/16/2023 to 1/23/2024 for completion. The communications and response time provided by this company are minus 10 stars.

GBIt helps occasionally I have had the hapbee device for 10 months and I’ve had mixed experiences with it. I usually use it to enhance drowsiness and to sleep better but it is not a consistent benefit. I have to use the other tools I know to help me sleep or fall back to sleep ie.Calm app, CBT insomnia training, melatonin, etc. I wish the 365 guarantee was available for my purchase.

GBOura sleep tracking evidence against I have tracked my sleep with the Oura ring to test Hapbee. I’m not saying the Hapbee doesn’t work for some people but it definitely doesn’t work to enhance my sleep, according to Oura. I never feel a difference using the Hapbee either, regardless of mode.

GBUpdate to last review Oct. 14th Today I received from the Hapbee Company a return box and label for the defective Wearable I have. Much to my surprise when I opened the box, a new Wearable was waiting for me in the box!🤙🏽🤙🏽🤙🏽. Much appreciated. Thank you for the response and professionalism.must be working already. GBBeware of FedEx duty and tax charge I am giving a one star review simply because I have emailed Hapbee twice regarding an invoice I have received from FedEx for £66.00 for duty and tax. As there is nothing to inform a purchaser from outside of the US that there would be this extra charge I am not ‘Happy’ at all. I have not received a reply. I have been using the Hapbee for 10 days and so far I think it’s brilliant.
