GBI like the device I like the device, I think it is working, but I have no definitely proof of course (at least not yet). Also, their subscription is way too expensive compared to (generally speaking) similar wellness wearables.

GBHelps me study and sleep I heard of Hapbee through two of my favorite podcasters, Dave Asprey and Ben Greenfield. As a PhD student I use it when I am studying or reading research articles. I have also had significant trouble falling back to sleep after waking up in the middle of the night so I also set it to the deep sleep setting and have it on all night under my pillow. For the amount of use I get out of it I say it was a worthy investment.

CAI am still unsure of the effectiveness… I am still unsure of the effectiveness of Hapbee after 2 months of solid use. My main issues are sleep and anxiety. I haven't had success with Deep Sleep. I'm experimenting with the other signals to wind down, power nap etc. IO am looking forward to seeing what new blends and signals show up in the future.

AUI've been charged US$149/year for the… I've been charged US$149/year for the last 4 years since purchasing a Hapbee on a crowd funding program with a 90 day free subscription... the device didn't work and as such I've not had any benefit, I do not have access to the account through their website and a password reset says the account doesn't exist. They haven't responded to any of the emails I've sent the last couple of years trying to cancel the subscription. Avoid this company, even if some of their products show promise, their service and subscriptions do not!
