Almost Non Existent Customer Service My order was not completely filled, yet I was charged for the entire order. I had technical questions, but nobody answered the phone except their robot. Eventually I was able to get a response via email about my short order (I figured out my technical issues on my own). Looked like I was making headway on getting my complete order filled, but then everything just turned to crickets. I sent what in my mind was my final quest for info about my order. About 1-1/2 weeks later, just as I was about to file a reverse charge claim with my bank credit card, the final piece of my order was delivered. 10/16/2023 to 1/23/2024 for completion. The communications and response time provided by this company are minus 10 stars.

interesting experience It was an interesting experience trying the Hapbee. It did take a few times trying it before I felt that it helped especially with relaxing to sleep at night. I wish I could’ve worn it while sleeping but whether I had it around my neck or my head it was just too uncomfortable. Perhaps if it was made as a wristband that might work better unless that’s too small. Other than that it was a good experience and I will continue to use it.

Update to last review Oct. 14th Today I received from the Hapbee Company a return box and label for the defective Wearable I have. Much to my surprise when I opened the box, a new Wearable was waiting for me in the box!🤙🏽🤙🏽🤙🏽. Much appreciated. Thank you for the response and professionalism.must be working already. I am still unsure of the effectiveness… I am still unsure of the effectiveness of Hapbee after 2 months of solid use. My main issues are sleep and anxiety. I haven't had success with Deep Sleep. I'm experimenting with the other signals to wind down, power nap etc. IO am looking forward to seeing what new blends and signals show up in the future.
