Beware of FedEx duty and tax charge I am giving a one star review simply because I have emailed Hapbee twice regarding an invoice I have received from FedEx for £66.00 for duty and tax. As there is nothing to inform a purchaser from outside of the US that there would be this extra charge I am not ‘Happy’ at all. I have not received a reply. I have been using the Hapbee for 10 days and so far I think it’s brilliant.

Hapbee works for me no matter what I… Hapbee works for me no matter what I need. Focus, relaxation, sleep, you name it! Highly recommend anyone who seeks help in the realm of emotional instability to give it an honest try.

Oura sleep tracking evidence against I have tracked my sleep with the Oura ring to test Hapbee. I’m not saying the Hapbee doesn’t work for some people but it definitely doesn’t work to enhance my sleep, according to Oura. I never feel a difference using the Hapbee either, regardless of mode.

Useless product from a dishonest company. SCAM They received my return as stated in their return policy but still no refund 2 weeks later. I doubt that I'll ever see the money and if so I'll repost. Their phone is ALWAYS busy so no one answers and the chat line is never working. If it smells like a rat it probably is a rat. This is a follow up review so after a month of waiting for my refund customer service sends me an email to review them, So of course I did and while I did FINALLY get the refund it was only after my bank contacted them. You still cannot get a hold of anyone in customer service so I stand firmly behind my original post!

I like the device I like the device, I think it is working, but I have no definitely proof of course (at least not yet). Also, their subscription is way too expensive compared to (generally speaking) similar wellness wearables.
