GBOura sleep tracking evidence against I have tracked my sleep with the Oura ring to test Hapbee. I’m not saying the Hapbee doesn’t work for some people but it definitely doesn’t work to enhance my sleep, according to Oura. I never feel a difference using the Hapbee either, regardless of mode.

GBI like the device I like the device, I think it is working, but I have no definitely proof of course (at least not yet). Also, their subscription is way too expensive compared to (generally speaking) similar wellness wearables.

GBBuyer Beware!! I was an early user of Hapbee and very satisfied with the technology until it stopped working four months ago. I tried to contact Hapbee the past four months on numerous occasions with not one response. I tried re-installing the app several times but was not able to log in or get the app to work. No help from them on that either. Now, I have to throw the device away. Buyer beware. They do not seem to support the product once you have purchased it.

GBHelps me study and sleep I heard of Hapbee through two of my favorite podcasters, Dave Asprey and Ben Greenfield. As a PhD student I use it when I am studying or reading research articles. I have also had significant trouble falling back to sleep after waking up in the middle of the night so I also set it to the deep sleep setting and have it on all night under my pillow. For the amount of use I get out of it I say it was a worthy investment.

GBinteresting experience It was an interesting experience trying the Hapbee. It did take a few times trying it before I felt that it helped especially with relaxing to sleep at night. I wish I could’ve worn it while sleeping but whether I had it around my neck or my head it was just too uncomfortable. Perhaps if it was made as a wristband that might work better unless that’s too small. Other than that it was a good experience and I will continue to use it.
