Update to last review Oct. 14th Today I received from the Hapbee Company a return box and label for the defective Wearable I have. Much to my surprise when I opened the box, a new Wearable was waiting for me in the box!🤙🏽🤙🏽🤙🏽. Much appreciated. Thank you for the response and professionalism.must be working already. Beware of FedEx duty and tax charge I am giving a one star review simply because I have emailed Hapbee twice regarding an invoice I have received from FedEx for £66.00 for duty and tax. As there is nothing to inform a purchaser from outside of the US that there would be this extra charge I am not ‘Happy’ at all. I have not received a reply. I have been using the Hapbee for 10 days and so far I think it’s brilliant.

I was an insomniac until I started using Hapbee Until I started using Hapbee I was waking up at 3:30 am every night. I put Hapbee under my pillow, set it to Deep Sleep (which is digital melatonin) and I sleep a full 8 hours without interruption.

Useless product from a dishonest company. SCAM They received my return as stated in their return policy but still no refund 2 weeks later. I doubt that I'll ever see the money and if so I'll repost. Their phone is ALWAYS busy so no one answers and the chat line is never working. If it smells like a rat it probably is a rat. This is a follow up review so after a month of waiting for my refund customer service sends me an email to review them, So of course I did and while I did FINALLY get the refund it was only after my bank contacted them. You still cannot get a hold of anyone in customer service so I stand firmly behind my original post!

Helps me study and sleep I heard of Hapbee through two of my favorite podcasters, Dave Asprey and Ben Greenfield. As a PhD student I use it when I am studying or reading research articles. I have also had significant trouble falling back to sleep after waking up in the middle of the night so I also set it to the deep sleep setting and have it on all night under my pillow. For the amount of use I get out of it I say it was a worthy investment.
