Ph.D. Flow Optimizer I work a full-time job with a lot of traveling, have a family with 2 elementary school kids, am active in the church, and recently decided to get my Ph.D. online. I was looking for a product to help optimize my flow and found it in Hapbee. Now when I find time in the mornings or evenings to work on my papers, I use the “deep work” setting on my Hapbee and get right to work, regardless of how tired I am. The results speak for themselves, as I have a 4.0 GPA through my first 5 classes. Hapbee makes studying and writing papers significantly quicker and more enjoyable and I highly recommend for students at any stage of their lives!

Hard to cancel Customer beware. Hapbee offers no ability to cancel your monthly subscription online. You have to email them, to which they send an automated reply (Note- your subscription is not yet cancelled)… you have to then reply to the automated reply and only then will a human respond and cancel your subscription. Shoddy business practices for sure and I would not recommend being a customer.

I am still unsure of the effectiveness… I am still unsure of the effectiveness of Hapbee after 2 months of solid use. My main issues are sleep and anxiety. I haven't had success with Deep Sleep. I'm experimenting with the other signals to wind down, power nap etc. IO am looking forward to seeing what new blends and signals show up in the future.

Helps me study and sleep I heard of Hapbee through two of my favorite podcasters, Dave Asprey and Ben Greenfield. As a PhD student I use it when I am studying or reading research articles. I have also had significant trouble falling back to sleep after waking up in the middle of the night so I also set it to the deep sleep setting and have it on all night under my pillow. For the amount of use I get out of it I say it was a worthy investment.

I love my Hapbee I love my Hapbee! I use the "commute with ease" blend for an energy boost in the morning and I use the "relax" signal in the evening to help with back pain. Since using Hapbee, I no longer need coffee to wake up; my back feels better; and I don't need pills to help me sleep at night. My only complaint is that sometimes there is a problem pairing my Hapbee to my cell phone, but I just turn off my cell phone, turn it on again, and connect again.
