Much to my surprise when I opened the box, a new Wearable was waiting for me in the box!🤙🏽🤙🏽🤙🏽. Much appreciated. Thank you for the response and professionalism.must be working already. GBI like the device I like the device, I think it is working, but I have no definitely proof of course (at least not yet). Also, their subscription is way too expensive compared to (generally speaking) similar wellness wearables.

CAI got this as a present I got this as a present, however after over half hour trying to pair it to my phone Bluetooth either via QR scan or manually keying in the SN I gave up. Not willing to waste my time this way any longer. I have never encountered a Bluetooth enabled device that won’t pair one way or the other with my phone. Let alone such an expensive one. Noting device SN: A114920. I don’t recommend Hapbee for this reason. Get this issue sorted out.

GBIt helps occasionally I have had the hapbee device for 10 months and I’ve had mixed experiences with it. I usually use it to enhance drowsiness and to sleep better but it is not a consistent benefit. I have to use the other tools I know to help me sleep or fall back to sleep ie.Calm app, CBT insomnia training, melatonin, etc. I wish the 365 guarantee was available for my purchase.

GBBuyer Beware!! I was an early user of Hapbee and very satisfied with the technology until it stopped working four months ago. I tried to contact Hapbee the past four months on numerous occasions with not one response. I tried re-installing the app several times but was not able to log in or get the app to work. No help from them on that either. Now, I have to throw the device away. Buyer beware. They do not seem to support the product once you have purchased it.
