GBRight Phones at the Right Time I was switching my carrier service to T-Mobile and needed two new unlocked phones for my children. The Tech Bargains website posted the sale of Google's LG Nexus 5 for $199 each and I jumped on the opportunity to get them. The phones were delivered in about 3 business days, and were packaged perfectly. Upon reviewing the phones, they were factory new and still sealed. Expansys even mentioned that I could upgrade these to Android 6, and it only took about 30 minutes to do so. Great deal from a great company, and my kids will love these.

JPphone repair and RMA Bought a phone " one plus 3 " , the screen got broken , asked them for a repair which I will pay for including ( shipping , handling, new screen ) , they refused , asked oneplus.net . they need expansys to contact them , because they were the intermediate who bought the phone , my phone is broken and I can't fix it no matter how much I pay . Expansys refused to help , or offer any suggestion , ignored my offers , and neglected my emails. DONT DEAL WITH THEM !

GBProblems with order - customer service non-responsive 1) Don't bother calling - nobody will answer no matter how long you wait 2) Customer service is only provided via emails, not timely, with a lot of frictions unless you have really easy case that does not cost them anything to solve. 3) I ordered a brand new item, but received a clearly used item. After several days of back and forth emails with customer service they authorized RMA admitting the problem, but still wanted me to pay for the return shipping even though it was problem on their behalf. 4) As of now still waiting for the reply. If I don't hear back from them soon I will raise the issue with VISA.

GBI was not impressed Expansys Usa had reasonable prices, but that's about all. The product I purchased was poorly described I purchased an LG G3 unlocked from them. They failed to mention that it was a European version that would not get 4g LTE.This seems kind of important! It also did not have the Android speech command on the keyboard. There seems to be no warranty or any opportunity to purchase one. Of the 3 customer service people I "chatted" with online, 2 were useless, and one was reasonable. Their customer phone line put me on endless (literally) hold. A few days later, when I called, it directed me to chat online. I would not go to this dealer again.

GBWrong product, delayed those response from costumer service, but issue was resolved Initially I ordered a product that didn't have a complete description and was not able to use properly in the US. I sent an email about returning it for a refund on Tuesday, January, 6, 2015, and a week later had not received a reply. I gave the company a 1 star rating. After Expansys reps saw my review they called me directly and resolved the issue by offering a full refund for my return and shipping. I will probably not use this company again, but I changed my rating to 4 stars due to their assistance.
