Lumia 640 XL The cell phone is awesome. So far it has met my expectations and I live the decision I have made. However, the only downfall is that the directions came in a foreign language (Spanish), so I have not fully discovered my phone's potential. Nonetheless, its a great purchase.

Nokia Lumia 1520 I really love the phone, it does all and more than I expected. I had a problem with the order that was the fault of Expansys Usa. When I entered the order I used my home address for billing and the address where I am temporarily living for the ship to address. This capability existed on the order form. Expansys Usa would not bill to and ship to differing addresses. End result, the cost to reship by a family member was an additional $17.00 plus the delay, both were unacceptable.

Repeat Customer here satisfied... I've purchased twice from Expansys USA. Shopping experience on the web was pleasant. My credit card didn't go through once they tried to process my order and I had to call my credit card company and call back Expansys to have them try again. The phone number in the email wasn't working so I called the main number instead. Product was shipped immediately based on my shipping selection and my purchase was packed securely. I would definitely buy from Expansys again.

Update status needed, been more than a week I would like to know about my order detail it has dispatched or not, it's reference number is 1CGG-1C00-40B0. Kindly update as soon as possible team. It's been more than a week. Expansys.ae

Wrong device shipped nightmare Order shipped to me 10/24 received late on 10/28. Opened and charged 10/29 - had to remove sticky glue and adhesive residue from it to hold and handle properly. Mon, 10/31 went to my carrier got a new sim and discovered it was an 8 gig not a 16 gig like I ordered. Deplorable. 11/8 still without a replacement. Unacceptable.
