Nokia Lumia 1520 I really love the phone, it does all and more than I expected. I had a problem with the order that was the fault of Expansys Usa. When I entered the order I used my home address for billing and the address where I am temporarily living for the ship to address. This capability existed on the order form. Expansys Usa would not bill to and ship to differing addresses. End result, the cost to reship by a family member was an additional $17.00 plus the delay, both were unacceptable.

Best deal I could find. Expansys offered a great deal on the LG GWR even though it has apparently been discontinued. The watch arrived within 2 business days of my order and was new in box. I would definitely buy from Expansys again.

Manufactured Refurbished Nexus 4 I purchased a manufactured refurbished Nexus 4 from expansys-usa.com. Everything about the order, shipment, delivery was perfect. Wrong product, delayed those response from costumer service, but issue was resolved Initially I ordered a product that didn't have a complete description and was not able to use properly in the US. I sent an email about returning it for a refund on Tuesday, January, 6, 2015, and a week later had not received a reply. I gave the company a 1 star rating. After Expansys reps saw my review they called me directly and resolved the issue by offering a full refund for my return and shipping. I will probably not use this company again, but I changed my rating to 4 stars due to their assistance.

Problems with order - customer service non-responsive 1) Don't bother calling - nobody will answer no matter how long you wait 2) Customer service is only provided via emails, not timely, with a lot of frictions unless you have really easy case that does not cost them anything to solve. 3) I ordered a brand new item, but received a clearly used item. After several days of back and forth emails with customer service they authorized RMA admitting the problem, but still wanted me to pay for the return shipping even though it was problem on their behalf. 4) As of now still waiting for the reply. If I don't hear back from them soon I will raise the issue with VISA.
