GBProblems with order - customer service non-responsive 1) Don't bother calling - nobody will answer no matter how long you wait 2) Customer service is only provided via emails, not timely, with a lot of frictions unless you have really easy case that does not cost them anything to solve. 3) I ordered a brand new item, but received a clearly used item. After several days of back and forth emails with customer service they authorized RMA admitting the problem, but still wanted me to pay for the return shipping even though it was problem on their behalf. 4) As of now still waiting for the reply. If I don't hear back from them soon I will raise the issue with VISA.

GBRight Phones at the Right Time I was switching my carrier service to T-Mobile and needed two new unlocked phones for my children. The Tech Bargains website posted the sale of Google's LG Nexus 5 for $199 each and I jumped on the opportunity to get them. The phones were delivered in about 3 business days, and were packaged perfectly. Upon reviewing the phones, they were factory new and still sealed. Expansys even mentioned that I could upgrade these to Android 6, and it only took about 30 minutes to do so. Great deal from a great company, and my kids will love these.

GBIncompetent Customer Service Ordered a phone and paid extra for expiteded shipping. Item still hasn't shipped a couple days later so emailed to ask when it should arrive. I was told that they were only expecting stock a week later, I replied to then cancel my order. The following day I got another email that the item had shipped. I emailed again and was told now, they couldn't cancel it as it had shipped already. Eventually managed to get them to request FedEx return the item to them. I had to speak to 3 different customer service reps who had no record of each preceding conversation and the whole affair was unnecessary and extremely frustrating. Not so much as an apology or even, recognition of their mistakes.

GBWrong product, delayed those response from costumer service, but issue was resolved Initially I ordered a product that didn't have a complete description and was not able to use properly in the US. I sent an email about returning it for a refund on Tuesday, January, 6, 2015, and a week later had not received a reply. I gave the company a 1 star rating. After Expansys reps saw my review they called me directly and resolved the issue by offering a full refund for my return and shipping. I will probably not use this company again, but I changed my rating to 4 stars due to their assistance.

GBNokia Lumia 1520 I really love the phone, it does all and more than I expected. I had a problem with the order that was the fault of Expansys Usa. When I entered the order I used my home address for billing and the address where I am temporarily living for the ship to address. This capability existed on the order form. Expansys Usa would not bill to and ship to differing addresses. End result, the cost to reship by a family member was an additional $17.00 plus the delay, both were unacceptable.
