You fooled me once, it wont happen again You made me believe I would have the parts in four days, it took almost a month. The tracking number you sent me was bogus. You NEVER answered your help ticket. You online chat help never worked and I never got a response back from them. I reached out to you folks many times and then had my credit card company do a fraud check for a return of my money. A week after I had the credit company check you out I finally got a scrunched up package and a product that was not a real apple product but a cheap offshoot that did not work properly.

The only 5 star reviews are bots and it’s very obvious. I ordered a 3d printer and when I realized something was fishy I emailed numerous times and no response. I looked up their address and the business doesn’t even seem to be there. No phone number that will pick up or call back. I filed a dispute with my bank to get my money back luckily I will get refunded but I can’t believe they still let this website run after all these terrible reviews about counterfeit and just straight up scamming!
