SCAM! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL. PLUS COUNTERFEIT PRODUCTS! If I could put 0 stars I would. This company really is a complete scam. I didn’t check the reviews before like an idiot. The only 5 star reviews are bots and it’s very obvious. I ordered a 3d printer and when I realized something was fishy I emailed numerous times and no response. I looked up their address and the business doesn’t even seem to be there. No phone number that will pick up or call back. I filed a dispute with my bank to get my money back luckily I will get refunded but I can’t believe they still let this website run after all these terrible reviews about counterfeit and just straight up scamming!

I got the correct bag I ordered… I got the correct bag that I ordered and it didn’t take as long as I thought. The bag has a weird zoo type smell, but I don’t know if that’s the material or what. Either way I like the bag and the service was good.
