Really bad experience with the customer… Really bad experience with the customer service, since I email you guys trying to cancel, just a few hours after my purchase. I email a couple of times more after and no answer at all. I finally received the product weeks after I have gotten the product from somewhere else (that's the reason I tried to cancel)

The products themselves are very good The products themselves are very good, however I am only giving 3 stars because the shipping process is super slow. Took almost a month to get my products.

Counterfeit product, no customer service I purchased an Apple HomePod mini. I was shipped a counterfeit apple HomePod mini. The stickered branding on the box and the build quality of the “speaker” were evidence of a non-genuine product. I emailed customer service to request a refund and was met with radio silence. I would not buy anything from this retailer.
