GBNO CUSTOMER SERVICE. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. If you're a business buying products from this company DON'T! they don't send proper invoices, you can't contact them (tried email/facebook messenger/phone number/instagram chat). It is like they don't exist. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE COMPANY.

USCounterfeit product, no customer service I purchased an Apple HomePod mini. I was shipped a counterfeit apple HomePod mini. The stickered branding on the box and the build quality of the “speaker” were evidence of a non-genuine product. I emailed customer service to request a refund and was met with radio silence. I would not buy anything from this retailer.
