You NEVER answered your help ticket. You online chat help never worked and I never got a response back from them. I reached out to you folks many times and then had my credit card company do a fraud check for a return of my money. A week after I had the credit company check you out I finally got a scrunched up package and a product that was not a real apple product but a cheap offshoot that did not work properly.
