Longer turnaround than advertised, no metadata, cheaply made. I ordered 500 4-panel digipaks from WTS. 1) They advertise a "5-day turnaround" What they don't tell you is that they don't work weekends or holidays, it takes 2 business days to get your files approved, and that they start on "Day 0". Between all of this nonsense, it took 12 days for FedEx to get my shipment (not including shipping time). 2) When inserting metadata to my CDs, they said they couldn't use an umlaut over a "ü". I'm not sure if they don't do any non-English characters, but an umlaut u is pretty basic. As half of my song titles are in German, this was a problem. 3) Speaking of metadata, they don't bother to tell customers that they don't submit your metadata to Gracenote. That means you receive 500 CDs without info when you put them into iTunes. I contacted my mastering engineer and he confirmed that he'd never heard of a duplication company that doesn't submit to Gracenote. I contacted a few other duplication companies and they confirmed that it is standard practice to do so. 4) The digipaks are cheaply made. I dropped my digipak 1x and the inside CD holder broke off. To see if that was normal, I took another artist's digipak printed by Disc Makers and slammed it on the floor 5x. It didn't break. 5) The print job is mediocre. I sent them digital art that had an fair amount of detail done by a professional artist. The overall grand picture looks OK, but some of the intricate details of the art are somewhat blurry. That being said, I gave them 2 starts instead of 1 because the CDs work and their customer service is quick to respond (albeit with negative news). Other than that, I am very dissatisfied.

Excellent, accurate and timely service WTS Media and Mr. Larry Russell came highly recommended by a friend. Having tried a couple of other companies, I found them difficult to work with. After contacting Mr. Russell, he assisted me through the entire process. He was in contact with me via email and also some by personal phone calls with updates on the project. WTS Media is very professional, highly accurate and the 'turn around time' was amazing! When more product was needed... I contacted Mr. Russell and the product arrived at my home before the weekend.

Family.... That is exactly how I feel about WTS Media. They are the most accommodating 'business' I've ever dealt with. The product I've received from them is second to none. Their prices are more than reasonable. Their genuine concern for building long-lasting business relationships is paramount. They truly care about their clients, and treat them like family. I sensed it when I first contacted them, but genuinely felt it when I toured the Chattanooga facility recently. Let me tell you - my CSR, Christy Bowen is simply awesome!! I heartily recommend WTS for any of your Media needs!!

WTS is a great company to work with My band has had a great experience working with WTS. They are incredibly affordable, friendly, provide good-quality material, and address any issues immediately. We've only had CDs printed but I'm really glad we went with them. We're on our fourth batch and plan on sticking with them.

Worked with us to make our client happy We needed a number of pricing and packaging scenarios to be provided, and Rick worked patiently with us to determine the best and most economical options to deliver to our client. He responded quickly (even when away from the office) and accomodated us professionally. In the end, our client was happy with the product (CDs) and the custom delivery that Rick provided. And we had no question in the quality of the drop shipped product (thanks to Rick's thoroughness), without having seen it first.
