He responded quickly (even when away from the office) and accomodated us professionally. In the end, our client was happy with the product (CDs) and the custom delivery that Rick provided. And we had no question in the quality of the drop shipped product (thanks to Rick's thoroughness), without having seen it first.

Always very helpful!! We have done business with WTS and Larry Russell for over 20 years. Larry has been the kindest, most helpful gentleman through all of our many ministry projects. He has helped Trinity Baptist Church and Ralph Sexton Ministries with CD’s, DVD’s, covers and digipaks. He has never complained when we called with an “emergency deadline” we had to meet.
