Don't Trust the In-stock/Out-of-Stock Indications I ordered a product from SupplementCentral, with no indication that the product was out-of-stock. My credit card was charged. A number of days later, I received an email saying that the item was, in fact, out-of-stock. I requested a refund, but it still took 4-5 days to see the refund show up on my card.

Worst online experience ever! This company SupplementCentral is unbelievably unprofessional. They charged my credit card and never notified me that the product that I ordered was unavailable. Only by checking my credit card charges 10/27/15, was I able to see charge on 10/14/15. So, if a customer doesnt carefully check their credit card charges, SupplementCentral.com collects money for nothing! I will be telling all my relatives, friends, and neighbors to never deal with this company.

Item selling but out of stock and No refund ! I have ordered an item the 6th of January 2018, they are telling me since then the product is out of stock due to "oversold", but almost 3 months after they did nothing and continue to sell it online ! PrimaForce-L-Carnitine-L-Tartrate-325g Be careful on this. I just want a full refund but they are not inclined to.

Great product I bought Phenibut wanting more quality of life, less stress, less anxiety and especially better sleep. I'm a first time Phenibut user and I've got to say, it lives up to its expectations. I believe trying this brand of Phenibut would definitely be worth it. I've only used it 4 times since purchasing it but am very sure I will be using this brand from now on.

My protein wasn't in stock My protein wasn't in stock. It would've been nice to know before they took my cash at check out, or even an email or courtesy call would've been acceptable. I had to call and get the bad news. At this point I don't think waiving shipping charges or expedited shipping would've been unreasonable but I guess the thought didn't cross their mind. I spent $140, and for less than $20 or the cost of a phone call I would likely be a life long customer. Instead, I'm taking my hard earned money to one of the other million supplement companies.
