Terrible I ordered a product on 10/10 with standard shipping expecting my item to process within 1-2 days and arrive within at least a week based on what they show on their website regarding shipping times for my location. They charged my card within two days and I patiently waited 8 days for an email confirmation saying my item shipped. I decided to finally call them on 10/18 and told them that my item has not shipped yet, they told me they oversold on that product and they should be receiving more soon. The guy on the phone told me I should be receiving my item early the following week (10/23-10/25). It's now 10/31 and I haven't received any update regarding the shipping or what's even going with my order.

Terrible Customer Service *Horrible* I Ordered online 3/22/18. After recieving confirmationed of the order being placed and notification of delivery within 2 - 4 business days here I am 4/6/18 with nothing. I tried contacting them by replying to my order confirmation email AND through the "Contact Us" option on the website and I still haven't heard anything. The emails were sent 4 days ago during the work week. I haven't recieved a response nor notification of back ordered items. *NOTHING* I paid them money, I havent recieved the items I purchased, I haven't recieved responses to the emails inquiring about the order and now I'm left to wondering if I'll get a refund since no one can be reached. This is frustrating. I definitely WILL NOT shop from Supplement Central again. I definitely WILL NOT recommend them either.

Great product I bought Phenibut wanting more quality of life, less stress, less anxiety and especially better sleep. I'm a first time Phenibut user and I've got to say, it lives up to its expectations. I believe trying this brand of Phenibut would definitely be worth it. I've only used it 4 times since purchasing it but am very sure I will be using this brand from now on.
